To the editor,
When will President Obama realize that the function of the Executive Branch of our government is to implement and enforce the laws made by Congress? The only exception to this is in the case of addressing an immediate national crisis. When he first studied constitutional law he must have missed this class. He is not empowered to make or modify laws. What it will take to wake him up?
