PROSPECT — Juliette F. Milonas, 50, of Prospect, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, July 8, 2023. Julie was the loving wife of Constantine Milonas for 23 wonderful but short years.

She was born Sept. 26, 1972 in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of David Stott and Sylvia (Stachowiak) Stott. Julie graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College, becoming a radiation and MRI technician. She was so loved by her patients and colleagues at Waterbury Hospital and Naugatuck Valley Radiology. Julie would also work many hours a week with her husband in their restaurant.

The best day of her life was the birthday of her cherished son James. Every milestone, holiday and event were celebrated and recorded with many pictures.

Her family was her world. She enjoyed spending time with her best friend and soul mate Constantine, going out to dinner, or vacationing or just spending quiet time at home together.

Julie made the most of her days. She loved animals, reading, tending her roses, walking and being with her son and husband. Julie’s life was much too short, but the love she leaves with her husband and son is immeasurable.

Julie leaves to honor her love and memory her devoted husband Constantine and son James. She also leaves her mother Sylvia Stott; brother Fred Stott and his fiancee Mary; sister Heidi Stott; as well as her sisters-in-law, Mary and her husband Miguel Vasquez, and Katherine Milonas; and her mother-in-law Sharon Milonas. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Julie were to be on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 937 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, with interment to follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation was to be at the church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
