NAUGATUCK — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify two men wanted in connection with counterfeiting cases.
Police responded to Walmart on Jan. 19 for a report of two men who used $20 counterfeit bills to buy $720 in gift cards. Police said the suspects are two black men. One has a thin build with braids or dreadlocks and uses a British accent, police said. The other man was described as heavy set.
Police believe the men are also connected to a counterfeit case in West Hartford.
