The brackets are set for the Naugatuck Valley League boys and girls tournament.

The tournaments start Saturday with first round games at the higher-seeded schools. The semifinal games of the tournaments are Monday with the boys at Crosby High, and the girls at Torrington High. The championship games are Wednesday at Seymour High.

On the boys side, Naugatuck earned the No. 1 seed and will host No. 8 Torrington Saturday at 4 p.m. Naugatuck beast Torrington, 2-1, in their lone match this year.

No. 4 Woodland will host No. 5 Ansonia at 9 a.m. on Saturday. Ansonia beat Woodland, 2-0, earlier this month in the teams’ only match of the regular season.

The Woodland girls enter the tournament as the top seed and will host No. 8 Seymour at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Woodland beat Seymour, 4-1, in the season-opener.

Naugatuck is the No. 4 seed in the girls tournament and will host No. 5 St. Paul at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Greyhounds and Falcons two tied, 2-2, in their only meeting of the regular season.
