Summer soccer camp

PROSPECT — Woodland Regional High School coaches Tony Moutinho and Joe Fortier are offering an instructional soccer camp for boys and girls entering grades three through eight.

The camp will run Aug. 13 though Aug. 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Hotchkiss Park in Prospect. The cost is $65 per player and includes a camp T-shirt for campers that register by Aug 5. To register, visit www.prospectsoccer.grupo.la.

Top Dog Baseball Academy

BEACON FALLS — The Top Dog Baseball Academy (formerly known as the Bulldog Baseball Camp) will be held Aug. 13 through Aug. 17 and Aug. 20 through Aug. 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. the Pent Road Recreation Complex.

The camp is for boys ages 6 through 14. Boys entering high school in the fall are still eligible to attend. The cost is $100 for one session or $180 for both sessions. SCSU coach hosting basketball academy

BEACON FALLS — Southern Connecticut State University head basketball coach Mike Donnelly is hosting a basketball academy Aug. 13 through Aug. 17 at the Pent Road Recreation Complex in Beacon Falls.

The academy is for boys and girls ages 7 though 14 and costs $115. The camp will feature warm-ups, fundamentals, skill training and station, team practice and games. For more information, visit www.coachmikedonnelly.com.
