NAUGATUCK — Signups for Naugatuck Babe Ruth will be held Monday and Tuesday night.

Signups will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the YMCA, 184 Church St. The league is for players born between May 1, 1997-April 30, 2000. All returning players must sign up at this time. For more information, call Ray Rossi (203) 729-4865.

Beacon Falls Girls Softball League

BEACON FALLS — The Beacon Falls Girls Softball League is holding registration for the upcoming season.

Registration will be held Feb. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. as well as Feb. 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration will be held at Laurel Ledge School, 30 Highland Ave.

The league is for girls in kindergarten through ninth grade. Registration fees are $40 for one child, $70 for two children and $80 for three or more children. The deadline to register is Feb. 23. Any registration received after the deadline will be put on a waiting list and will be subject to a $10 late fee.

Robert A. Cole Little League

BEACON FALLS — Robert A. Cole Little League has scheduled registration sessions for the upcoming season.

Registration will be held Feb. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Laurel Ledge School, 30 Highland Ave. After Feb. 11 children who sign up will be put on a waiting list.

The league is for children ages 5 to 12 as of May 1. Registration fees are $70 per player for T-ball and coach pitch and $90 per player for Minors and Majors. The maximum family cost is $200.

Prospect Youth Soccer

Prospect Youth Soccer is holding registration for spring soccer.

Boys and girls born on or before July 31, 2009 from Beacon Falls and Prospect are eligible to register. Registration fees are $40 for Dinomites I and II and $55 for recreation soccer. Registration for travel soccer closed Jan. 31. Registration for recreation soccer is open through March 1, then a $15 late fee applies. Registration closes April 5.

Prospect-Beacon Falls Legion

The Prospect-Beacon Falls Legion baseball team is taking preseason registration.

The team is for players from Prospect and Beacon Falls 19 years old and under, born on or after Jan. 1, 1994. The team plays in Zone 5 and scheduled for 27 games this summer. The team is also seeking assistant coaches.

Naugatuck Youth Soccer

NAUGATUCK — Naugatuck Youth Soccer is holding registration for spring soccer.

Registration will be held Feb. 12 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Naugatuck Portuguese Club, 110 Rubber Ave.

Players must turn 5 years old by July 31 to be eligible to play. New players must bring a copy of their birth certificate. The fee for rec soccer, players 5 to 10 years old, is $65. The fee for district and travel soccer, players 11 to 19 years old, is $110.

Registration forms are available at the Parks and Recreation Department on Rubber Avenue and YMCA on Church Street. The forms can be mailed to NYS, P.O. Box 772, Naugatuck, CT 06770. Registration can also be completed online at www.naugatucksoccer.org. Registrations received after March 1 will be placed on a waiting list and charged $15 late fee.

Peter J. Foley Little League

NAUGATUCK — Peter J. Foley Little League has scheduled six registration sessions.

The sessions are scheduled for Feb. 13, Feb. 21 and Feb. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. as well as Feb. 16, Feb. 23 and March 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration will be held at the Peter J. Foley Field on Scott Street.

The league is for children who will be 5 to 12 years old on April 30, 2013 and live on the west side of the borough. New players should bring a birth certificate and three proofs of residence on Naugatuck’s west side. Returning players do not need to bring these records. A parent or guardian must accompany all registrants.

Registration fees are $60 for the Junior and Farm Leagues. Minor and major league baseball is $85 per player. There is a maximum fee of $125 per family. A $25 mandatory fundraiser fee also applies.

Union City Little League

NAUGATUCK — The Union City Little League has scheduled for registration sessions for baseball and softball.

Registration will be held Feb. 9 and Feb. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Union City Clubhouse on Morris Street.

Boys born between May 1, 2000 and April 30, 2008 are eligible to play baseball. Girls born between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008 are eligible to play baseball. Players must reside within Union City Little League boundaries. A map is available at the Clubhouse.

All Naugatuck girls born between Jan. 1, 1996 and Dec. 31, 2005 are eligible to play softball.

Parents or guardians of new players must provide a legal driver’s license, an original or state certified copy of the player’s birth certificate and two additional proofs of residence.
