NHS hosting Future Greyhounds camp in March

NAUGATUCK — The Future Greyhounds Baseball Camp will be held in March.

The camp is a preseason workout for children in kindergarten to eighth grade. The camp will be held March 2, March 9 and March 16 at Naugatuck High School, 543 Rubber Ave.

The first session, which is for children ages 9 and younger, will run from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The second session, which is for children ages 10 and older, will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Each session cost $40 per player.

Former Naugatuck High standout and former member of the Tampa Bay Rays organization Stephen Hiscock will be conducting a pitching clinic in between sessions from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cost of the clinic is $30 per player and is open to players in kindergarten to eighth grade.
