BEACON FALLS — Prospect and Beacon Falls residents and Region 16 students can attend an event Tuesday where results of a youth survey on student attitudes and behaviors will be revealed.
“What’s Up with Our Kids?” will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Woodland Regional High School in Beacon Falls. It is sponsored by the school district, the Regional 16 Prevention Task Force and Central Naugatuck Valley Regional Action Council and Beacon Falls Pharmacy.
Tim Duffey, a national training presenter, is scheduled to present the findings of the survey “Profiles of Student Life: Attitudes and Behaviors.”
The survey, developed by Search Institute, was conducted last year with eighth- and 10th-graders, and includes questions to help better understand the needs of youth and develop strategies to meet those needs, a release stated.
