Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Julio Gomes, 40, of 74 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 23 with risk of injury to child, violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

The accused was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 24.

Wendy Irving, 61, was charged Sept. 25 with reckless driving and failure to yield to pedestrian.

The accused was issued a misdemeanor summons and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 8.

John A. Rouleau, 59, of 732 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 25 with second-degree failure to appear, improper use of marker, license or registration, illegal operation of motor vehicle without minimum insurance and failure to renew registration.

The accused was released on a $500 non-surety bond on the motor vehicle charges and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 6. The accused was held on a $5,000 court-set surety bond on the failure to appear charge and scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court on Sept. 27.

Carlos Vargas, 18, of 143 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 27 with reckless driving, first-degree reckless endangerment and engaging police in pursuit.

The accused was held to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 27.

Charles Trombley, 74, of 26 Winthrop Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 28 with third-degree stalking and disorderly conduct.

The suspect was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 13.

Jamizia Shalae Monae Wright, 20, of 70 Freemont St. Apt. B4, Bridgeport, was charged Sept. 28 with third-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of automatic teller machine and conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery.

The accused was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 13.

Mychal Angelo Garvin, 31, of 2b Pollard St., New Haven, was charged Sept. 29 with failure to respond to payable infraction.

The accused was held on a $242.00 cash bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 29.

Mark Cayer, 31, of 732 New Haven Road Apt. 102, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 29 with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation.

The accused was released on bonds totaling $1,500 and scheduled to appear in superior court on Oct. 8.

Martha Lopez, 29, of 11 Ray St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 29 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

The accused was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 14.

Irene Flores-Romero, 47, of 11 Ray St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 29 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

The accused was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 14.

Justin Vanderbilt Thompson, 24, of 248 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 30 with second-degree failure to appear.

The accused was released on a $20,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior
Court on Oct. 1.

Matthew Solberg, 33, of 542 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 1 with illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle.

The accused was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 13.

Glenn Wasilesky, 56, of 23 Dunn Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 1 with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of protective order.

The accused was released on a $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 4.

Julissa Guzman German, 20, of 166 North Harker Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

The accused was issued a summons and released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 22.
