Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Dave Roberts Jr., 44, of 50 East Waterbury Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 10:33 a.m. the accused was arrested after being found to be in violation of a court ordered protective order during a complaint of an intoxicated male party inside a residence. The accused was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on June 10.

Natasha Ortega, 38, of 98 Charles St. Apt. 8, Waterbury, was charged June 9 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on June 9 Walmart contacted Naugatuck police for a shoplifter. Police reported the accused was reported to have stolen $80.17 in merchandise. The accused released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 4.

Adriana Dalani, 19, of 16 Green Hills Drive, Bolton, was charged June 9 with first-degree threatening and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on June 9 the accused was detained by Connecticut State Police for an active arrest warrant out of Naugatuck stemming from a threatening and harassment complaint reported on Nov. 1, 2020. The accused was released on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on June 30.

Joseph Dominic Nardelli, 59, of 53 Conrad St. Apt. E, Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 2:30 p.m. the accused was arrested on an active (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 28.

Okechukwu Michael Nolisa, 31, of 17 Stokes Ave., Waterbury, was charged June 9 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 5 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Naugatuck Motor Lodge for a reported medical incident. Through the investigation, police reported, it was determined the accused had an active arrest warrant out of Naugatuck from an incident that occurred in February involving a stolen check from a residence. The accused was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 11.

Jordan Millette, 22, of 90 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with possession of controlled substance or more than half ounce of cannabis.

Police reported on June 9 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on May Street. During the course of the investigation, police reported, it was determined the accused was in possession of narcotics. The accused was released on a promise to appear and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 28.

Troop I reported the following charges recently filed in Beacon Falls and Prospect:

Eduardo Andres Rodriguez, 29, of 3 Watch Hill Road, Beacon Falls, was charged June 1 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
