The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

CRYSTAL FOX, 32, of 68 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged June 24 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 24 at approximately 9:49 p.m. officers responded to 38 Cherry St. Apt. C for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Fox spit on Ryan Smith, who pushed her in retaliation. Fox was given a court date of June 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

RYAN SMITH, 41, of 38 Cherry St. Apt. C, Naugatuck, was charged June 24 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 24 at approximately 9:49 p.m. officers responded to 38 Cherry St. Apt. C for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Crystal Fox spit on Ryan Smith, who pushed her in retaliation. Smith was given a court date of June 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ALVIN MASON, 56, of 55 Porter Ave. 4P, Naugatuck, was charged June 25 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 25 at approximately 5:40 p.m. an officer responded to Golden Court by North Main Street for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mason was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mason was given a court date of July 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GERALD BOUSQUET, 56, of 57 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged June 25 with driving under the influence.

SARAH MONTINI, 35, of 21 Frederick St., Naugatuck, was charged June 26 with violation of protective order, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on June 26 at approximately 4:54 p.m. officers responded to 21 Frederick St. to assist the Department of Children and Families. Police reported Montini was uncooperative with DCF and the officers on scene by becoming argumentative and agitated. Police reported Montini threw a candle towards two officers. Montini was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JOHN DALY, 60, of 66 Carriage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged June 27 with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Police reported on June 27 at approximately 3:18 a.m. officers responded to 66 Carriage Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Daly held the victim down. Daly was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

STEVEN ROSA, 29, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 4:56 p.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 6G for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Rosa threw an item at the wall causing damage to the sheet rock. Rosa was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JESSICA SAUER, 30, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 4:56 p.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 6G for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Sauer threw a plastic cup full of water. Sauer was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ERIN KELLY, 45, of 8 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged June 28 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 9:57 p.m. officers responded to 8 Carroll Court for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Kelly punched the victim causing a red mark on her cheek. Kelly was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
