The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

MICHAEL CORSO, 25, of 32 Vermont Ave., Southington, was charged April 28 with second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 3 p.m. officers responded to Spencer Street for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Corso followed the victim in his vehicle on Spencer Street. Corso then drove on the wrong side the street and cut in front of the victim’s vehicle causing her stop, police reported. Corso exited his vehicle and yelled at the victim, police reported. Corso was given a court date of April 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

PHELO NONGALAZA, 29, of 14 Elm Road, Cromwell, was charged May 2 with third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trover damage to motor vehicle.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 4:02 a.m. Nongalaza was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was a stolen motor vehicle reported on Nov. 30, 2014. Nongalaza, who is an acquaintance to the victim, used the victim’s vehicle without permission, police reported. Nongalaza was given a court date of May 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

BRITTANY RINDOS, 25, of 111 Wisteria Drive, Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with diving under the influence.

HARLEY GARCIA, 25, of 158 Juniper Ridge Road, Waterbury, was charged May 2 with breach of peace, third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree kidnapping.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 3:08 a.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. The victim was traveling on New Haven Road as a passenger in a friend’s vehicle. Police reported Garcia was following the victim in his vehicle. Garcia proceeded to cut off the vehicle forcing the victim’s vehicle to stop, police reported. Garcia approached the vehicle and forced the victim to exit the vehicle she was in, police reported. Garcia then forced the victim to enter his vehicle. He drove from the area where he was later stopped on Cross Street, police reported. Garcia was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

RONALD SWIERBITOWICZ, 34, of 85 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 2:45 a.m. officers responded to 85 Aetna St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Swierbitowicz damaged furniture and a closet door. Swierbitowicz was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

NICHOLAS SALERNO, 30, of 1443 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 7:48 p.m. officers responded to 1443 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between parents and son. Police reported Salerno arrived at the victim’s home intoxicated and the victims refused to allow him access. Salerno began to kick the front door, police reported. When Salerno was being placed under arrest he refused to comply, police reported. There was a child present during the incident, police reported. Salerno was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

KEITH POHORENCE, 30, of 18 Morning Mist Road, Naugatuck, was charged may 2 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 7:42 p.m. Pohorence was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pohorence was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

JOHNATHAN CAMACHO, 25, of 177 Murray St., Meriden, was charged May 2 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 11:18 p.m. Camacho was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Camacho was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

JUNE K. HOGAN, 60, of 441 Rosevelt Drive, Derby, was charged May 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 3 at approximately 4:02 a.m. Hogan was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Hogan was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.
