JOSEPH SMITH, 30, of 203 Kaynor Drive, Waterbury, was charged April 17 with third-degree forgery, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Smith was arrested at court on an active arrest warrant. Smith was given a court date of April 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.
DANIEL FORCIER, 28, of 274 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 12:07 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Spring Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Forcier was operating under the influence of alcohol. Forcier was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
KELLY BURBANK, 33, of 74 Carriage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 12:57 p.m. Burbank turned herself in on active arrest warrants. Burbank was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.
JESIE ROJAS, 19, of 159 Red Robin Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 4:29 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rojas was operating under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Rojas was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
ANGELO QUINONES, 26, of 454 Oakville Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 11:09 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Quinones was operating under the influence of alcohol. Quinones was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
CARLOS SANTOS, 54, of 315 Stone Fence Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 17 at approximately 11:19 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Santos was operating under the influence of alcohol. Santos was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
STEPHANIE HERNENDEZ, 28, of 35 High St., Naugatuck, was charged April 18 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 18 at approximately 1:10 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hernendez was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hernendez was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
GREGORY MANTEGHIAN, 24, of 3 Joseph Place, Wolcott, was charged April 18 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 18 at approximately 2:34 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Manteghian was operating under the influence of alcohol. Manteghian was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
ROBERT METE, 51, of 937 South Main St., Waterbury, was charged April 19 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 19 at approximately 12:50 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mete was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mete was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
BRENDAN BURNS, 26, of 79 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 19 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening.
Police reported on April 19 at approximately 4:14 a.m. officers responded to 79-9 Ridge Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Burns punched the victim’s arm. Burns was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
BRANDON POMERENK, 20, of 6 Longwood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 19 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Police reported on April 19 at approximately 4:25 p.m. officers responded to 6 Longwood Drive for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Pomerenk punched a hole in a wall. Pomerenk was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
SABRINA STARKEY, 32, of 15 Bradley St., Naugatuck, was charged April 20 with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, risk of injury and simple trespass.
Police reported on April 20 at approximately 6:32 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Starkey slapped the victim. Starkey also pushed the victim to the floor, police reported. The parties involved drove to a family member’s house where Starkey was locked out of, police reported. Starkey pushed her way into the home in attempts to continue the altercation with the victim, police reported. Starkey was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
JOSEPH PENN, 35, of 138 Graham Ridge, Naugatuck, was charged April 21 with failure to respond to payable violation.
Police reported on April 21 at approximately 12:34 a.m. Penn was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Penn was given a court date of April 29 to appear at New Haven Superior Court and released on a $150 cash bond.
JEFFREY LABRADOR, 32, of 60 W Prospect St., New Haven, was charged April 22 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 22 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Labrador was operating under the influence of alcohol. Labrador was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
LEVELTSON BAPTISTE, 33, of 313 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 22 with interfering with an officer and simple trespass.
Police reported on April 22 at approximately 1:46 p.m. officers responded to Porter Avenue for a suspicious person complaint. The caller stated a male party was walking around a property looking in the windows. During the investigation, police reported, Baptiste gave a false name to the officers. Baptiste was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.
VINCENT COLEMAN, 24, of 753 Broad St., Meriden, was charged April 22 with third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
Police reported on April 22 at approximately 7:50 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Coleman was operating a stolen vehicle out of Bridgeport. Coleman damaged the holding cell at the Naugatuck Police Department while he was being processed, police reported. Coleman was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
LYSSA PEBURN, 24, of 130 Heritage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 23 at 10:52 a.m. officers responded to 170 Heritage Drive for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, both parties hit each other. Peburn was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
NICOLE QUEIROS, 18, of 130 Heritage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 23 at 10:52 a.m. officers responded to 170 Heritage Drive for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, both parties hit each other. Queiros was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
ROBERT WELLINGTON, 56, of 162 Bluebird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 23 at approximately 6:05 p.m. Wellington turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife that was reported on April 3, 2015. During an argument, police reported, Wellington pushed the victim. Wellington was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
JOHN PERULLO, 40, of 216 Park Road, Oxford, was charged April 23 with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on April 23 at approximately 9 p.m. Perullo turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint reported on April 10, 2015 at Walmart. Police reported Perullo took $50 worth of merchandise off of the shelves and tried to fraudulently return it. Perullo was given a court date of May 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.
QUASHANT ROBERTS, 24, of 23 Harris Circle, Waterbury, was charged April 24 with failure to respond to payable violation.
Police reported on April 24 at approximately 3:12 a.m. Roberts was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Troop I. Roberts was given a court date of May 6 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
