The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DANIELLE RUFF, 39, of 166 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 28 with credit card theft by transfer, illegal use of credit card and receipt of money, goods or services by illegal credit card use.

Police reported on Nov. 28 at approximately 5:18 p.m. Ruff was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Ruff found the victim’s purse, which was lost, in the area of North Main Street, police reported. Ruff, with an accomplice, used the victim’s debit cards to purchase gas, groceries and a movie without permission. Ruff was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $100 cash bond.

DOMINIQUE RUFF, 19, of 166 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 30 with credit card theft by transfer, illegal use of credit card and receipt of money, goods or services by illegal credit card use.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 2:05 p.m. Ruff turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Ruff found the victim’s purse, which was lost, in the area of North Main Street, police reported. Ruff, with an accomplice, used the victim’s debit cards to purchase gas, groceries and a movie without permission. Ruff was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $100 cash bond.

AARICK FLEMMING, 20, of 1 Crownbrook Drive, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 30 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 12:42 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Flemming stole $15.48 worth of cookies from the store. Flemming was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOSEPH LADUKE, 31, of 67 Walnut St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 30 with sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving and illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 4:41 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported LaDuke left the store prior to the officers’ arrival. LaDuke was located in Waterbury and was found to be in possession of stem pipe with narcotic residue, police reported. LaDuke was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROMAN DUQUE, 62, of 92 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 30 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 11:45 p.m. officers responded to 92 Galpin St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Duque punched the victim and walls in the home. Duque was given a court date of Dec. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

ANTHONY TAGGETT, 22, of 218 Fairfield Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 1 with possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance in a school zone.

Police reported on Dec. 1 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Spring Street. During the investigation, police reported, Taggett and another man were found to be in possession of 0.5 grams of cocaine. Taggett was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

KYLE P. BARRY, 24, of 220 Clough Road, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 1 with possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance in a school zone.

Police reported on Dec. 1 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Spring Street. During the investigation, police reported, Barry and another man were found to be in possession of 0.5 grams of cocaine. Barry was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JEROME BRANTLEY, 33, of 240 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 1 with three counts of illegal sale of narcotics or certain hallucinogens, four counts of distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, two counts of criminal possession of body armor, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of crack cocaine.

MICHAEL FURLO SR., 46, of 1605 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was charged Dec. 2 with conspiracy at second-degree robbery and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 12:10 a.m. Furlo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a robbery reported at Walmart on June 6, 2014. A man accompanied by a juvenile male stole merchandise from the store, police reported. They were confronted by a store employee and the man made a threat that he was carrying a knife, police reported. They then entered a van operated by Furlo, who drove away, police reported. Furlo was given a court date of Dec. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

MICHAEL FURLO JR., 19, of 1605 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was charged Dec. 2 with conspiracy at second-degree robbery, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 12:10 a.m. Furlo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a robbery reported at Walmart on June 6, 2014. Furlo accompanied by a juvenile male stole merchandise from the store, police reported. They were confronted by a store employee and Furlo made a threat that he was carrying a knife. They then entered a van operated by another man who drove away, police said. Furlo was given a court date of Dec. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $75,000 surety bond.

EDWARD SMITH, 22, of 85-1 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 2 with threatening and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 11:06 a.m. Smith was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a threatening complaint made on Nov. 6, 2014. Smith sent text messages stating he was going to harm the victim, police reported. Smith was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

PABLO MORROBEL, 21, of 414 Melrose St., New York, was charged Dec. 2 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 7:54 a.m. Morrobel turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Morrobel was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

HECTOR SANTIAGO, 32, of 162 Lewis St., Bridgeport, was charged Dec. 3 with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 8:25 p.m. Santiago turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Santiago was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ASHLEY SHAW, 18, of 79 June St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 11 a.m. Shaw turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassment complaint made on Nov. 6, 2014. Police reported Shaw sent harassing messages via Facebook and text messages to the victim. Shaw was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GABRIEL MEDINA-DELGADO, 21, of 26 Nixon Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 6:47 p.m. Medina-Delgado turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Medina-Delgado was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

ASHLEY FICKLING, 31, of 1374 Kossuth St., Bridgeport, was charged Dec. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 8:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Fickling and two other women were stopped in the parking lot by one of the officers. They stole $100 worth of merchandise consisting of toys, make-up, girls clothing and knife sets, police reported. Fickling was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

YOLANDA JOHNSON, 28, of 486 Wilmont Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Dec. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 8:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Johnson and two other women were stopped in the parking lot by one of the officers. They stole $100 worth of merchandise consisting of toys, make-up, girls clothing and knife sets, police reported. Johnson was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

LOUVENIE WILKES, 23, of 115 Yale St., Bridgeport, was charged Dec. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 8:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Wilkes and two other women were stopped in the parking lot by one of the officers. They stole $100 worth of merchandise consisting of toys, make-up, girls clothing and knife sets, police reported. Wilkes was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

MISTY CORDON, 33, of 66 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 11:23 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Cordon stole $40.59 worth of groceries. Cordon was given a court date of Dec. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANDREW JOHNSON, 24, of 466 High St., Torrington, was charged Dec. 4 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Dec. 4 at approximately 3:15 a.m. officers responded to 54 Celetano Drive for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Johnson bit the victim. Johnson was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

WILLIAM LANCE, 25, 11 Aetna Place, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 4 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 4 Lance turned himself in on active arrest warrant. Lance was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $700 court-set cash bond.
