The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ALEXIS PEREZE, 30, of 324 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 10 with illegal sale of controlled substance by non-drug-dependent person.

Police reported on Nov. 10 at approximately 7:24 a.m. Perez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotics investigation during the month of August 2014. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Perez sold 4.5 grams of cocaine. Perez was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

CASEY LANE PATCHKOFSKY, 20, of 111 Mallane Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 10 at approximately 3 p.m. Officers responded to 111 Mallane Lane 6D for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Patchkofsky threw a candle and TV remote at the victim. Patchkofsky was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

SUSAN CARRANO, 33, of 129 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Police reported on Nov. 11 at approximately 7:10 p.m. Officers responded to 129 Lewis Street #34 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Carrano threw a plate against the wall and threw food onto the kitchen floor. Carrano also hit the victim with a chair and slapped him, police reported. Carrano was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Nov. 11 at approximately 11:29 p.m. Officers responded to 129 Lewis Street #34 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. There was a prior incident at the home, which resulted in Carrano being arrested and a no contact conditions of release issued. Police reported Carrano returned to the home and began to argue with the victim. During the investigation, police reported, this was determined to be in violation of the conditions of release. Carrano was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID RIVERA, 21, of 20 Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 11 at approximately 11:49 p.m. officers responded to 20 Tolls Square for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument in a vehicle, police reported, Victoria Padilla dumped cigarette ashes in the interior of the vehicle and pulled on David Rivera’s neck chain. Rivera tried to pull Padilla out of the vehicle by her arm, police reported. Rivera was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

VICTORIA PADILLA, 20, of 14 Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 11 at approximately 11:49 p.m. officers responded to 20 Tolls Square for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument in a vehicle, police reported, Victoria Padilla dumped cigarette ashes in the interior of the vehicle and pulled on David Rivera’s neck chain. JAIMIECE L. PARKER, 27, of 605 Baldwin St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 12 with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 12 at approximately 8:18 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Parker stole food and cleaning supplies worth $67.02. Parker was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on Nov. 12 at approximately 8:20 p.m. Parker was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Parker was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

MIKE SOLOMON, 23, of 44 Lone Oak Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 13 with possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 12:07 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 South Exit 26. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Solomon was in possession of 0.62 ounces of marijuana. Solomon was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

MARCUS IRISH, 26, of 111 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 4:39 a.m. officers responded to 111 High St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Irish punched the victim. Irish was given a court date of Nov. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ARTHUR D. MARION, 34, of 25 Old Hawleyville Road, Bethel, was charged Nov. 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 9:04 a.m. officers responded to 38 Ann St. 2C for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Marion grabbed and shoved the victim. Marion was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

HOPE VERDECCHIA, 33, of 304 Queen St., Bristol, was charged Nov. 13 with possession of controlled substance and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at 1:47 p.m. an officer responded to Willow Lane for suspicious vehicle complaint. During the investigation, police reported, Verdecchia was found to be in possession of 4.7 grams of heroin and a syringe. When Verdecchia was being placed under arrest, police reported, she attempted to pull away from the officers. Verdecchia was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

CARLOS AYALA, 31, of 155 South Mayd Road, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 13 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 4:14 p.m. Ayala turned himself in on an active arrest warrant out of Danbury. Ayala was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Danbury Superior Court and released on a court set $25,000 surety bond.

KAYLEE VIDIC, 19, of 24 Arrowhead Lane, Woodbury, was charged Nov. 13 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 13 Vidic was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vidic was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

JOHN TURBEVILLE, 35, of 29 Nichols St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 13 with sixth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 8:15 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Turbeville stole several items from the automotive department valued at $70.71. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Turbeville was in possession of 3.5 grams of heroin. Turbeville was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

MILES BRIHIM, 19, of 231 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 14 at approximately 8:01 a.m. Brihim was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Oct. 19 on Cherry Street. Brihim, with a juvenile male, confronted the victim who was walking on Cherry Street, police reported. Police reported Brihim was yelling and attempted to instigate a fight with the victim, who is known to him. The juvenile then hit the victim. Brihim was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
