The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

BENJAMIN DAY, 18, of 207 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 3:13 p.m. officers responded to Rite-Aid for a larceny complaint. Police reported a juvenile and two adult males stole merchandise totaling $37.84. Day was given a court date of Oct. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

HAAKEEM MITCHELL, 18, of 73-1 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 3:13 p.m. officers responded to Rite-Aid for a larceny complaint. Police reported a juvenile and two adult males stole merchandise totaling $37.84. Mitchell had been previously advised by Rite-Aide associates to not enter the store, police reported. Mitchell was given a court date of Oct. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LUCIEN GRANICA SR., 38, of 48 Washington St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 8:56 p.m. officers responded to 48 Washington St. Apt. 2 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Granica flipped over a glass table causing it to break. The victim and two children were in close proximity to the breaking glass, police reported. Granica was given a court date of Oct. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

RYAN MCCARTHY, 39, of 46 Lines Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 20 with third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.

TRAVIS MORIN, 27, of 79 Beth Lane, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 12:41 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Oak Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Morin was operating under the influence of alcohol. Morin was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM FETTER, 30, of 314 Spencer St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 11:04 a.m. Fetter turned himself in on an active arrest warrant out of Danbury. Fetter was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Danbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

DAVID RIVERA, 25, of 43 School St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 11:02 a.m. an officer responded to 43 School St. 2S for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Rivera threw a toy at the victim striking her in the face. Rivera was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

EARLISHA WATSON, 29, of 16 Longmeadow Drive, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 10:07 p.m. Watson turned herself in on an active arrest warrant out of Litchfield. Watson was given a court date of Nov. 4 to appear at Bantam Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

MICHAEL GAHR, SR., 52, of 5 Locust St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 24 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 3:35 p.m. officers responded to the area of North Main Street for an erratic motorcycle. Police reported the officers located Gahr and conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Gahr was operating under the influence of alcohol. Gahr was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

DEION WILSON, 19, of 145 Locust St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 24 with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with an officer, and Oct. 25 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 10:27 p.m. officers responded to Cumberland Farms to meet with a victim of an assault. The victim stated the assault happened earlier at Fairchild Park by an acquaintance, police reported. Wilson approached the victim, who was with friends at the park, police reported. Police reported Wilson punched the victim several times causing injury to his nose and upper lip. The victim ran to Cumberland Farms to report the incident. Wilson was later found in a home on Cherry Street, police reported. Wilson was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Police reported on Oct. 25 at approximately 12:10 a.m. Wilson was arrested on active arrest warrants. Wilson was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $15,000 surety bond.

STEVEN GALLEGO, 26, of 51 Hobson Ave., Hamden, was charged Oct. 24 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 11:13 p.m. officers responded to 175 Rubber Ave. Apt. 2E for an unwanted party. Police reported Gallego was intoxicated and found sleeping on the victim’s porch. When the victim asked Gallego to leave, police rperoted, Gallego became aggressive towards the victim. Gallego was given a court date of Oct. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

KEVIN PEREZ, 44, of 943 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 24 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers responded to 943 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Alinda Miller shoved Kevin Perez. Perez then pushed Miller to the floor causing injury to her wrist, police reported. Perez was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ALINDA MILLER, 43, of 943 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 24 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers responded to 943 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Alinda Miller shoved Kevin Perez. Police reported Perez then pushed Miller to the floor causing injury to her wrist. Miller was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
