Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Stefanie M. Moody, 32, of 60 Allene Drive, Hamden, was charged Aug. 9 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 9 Moody was arrested on the above listed charges. Moody was given a court date of Aug. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Joseph Way, 27, of 54 East Ramsdell St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 9 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 9 at approximately 11:01 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. Police reported way was identified as a passenger in the vehicle and was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Way was given a court date of Aug, 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $1,500 surety bond.

Laura L. Albro, 29, of 49 Evelyn Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 10 with assault of public safety or emergency medical personnel, second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Aug. 9 Albro was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance that occurred on July 24, 2018. Police reported officers responded to check the welfare of Albro. When the officers were interviewing her, police reported, Albro became argumentative and attempted to push past the officers. During the altercation, police reported, Albro threatened to harm one of her family members. Albro was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 surety bond.

Amanda E. Bowley, 30, of 14 Russell St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 7:59 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Bowley hit and scratched the victim. Bowley was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Alyssa Marie Uliano-Reher, 26, of 56 Tudor Lane, was charged Aug. 11 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported police investigated a domestic incident in which Uliano-Reher became involved in physical altercation with the victim that included throwing items at the victim. Uliano-Reher was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug 13.

Scott C. Lodice, 37, of 510 Woodtick Road, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported Lodice voluntarily surrendered on an active arrest warrant that stemmed from his failure to appear at court. Lodice was released after posting bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 13.

Erica Leigh Burton, 33, of 228 Woodland Circle, East Hartford, was charged Aug. 11 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported Burton was taken into custody at the Manchester Police Department on an arrest warrant that stemmed from a larceny in 2017. Burton was released after posting bond and was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Maxwell Bauscher, 30, of 30 Mansfield Drive, Northford, was charged Aug. 12 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Aug. 12 Bauscher turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order reported on June 23, 2018. Police reported Bauscher contacted the victim through emails, which was in violation of a no contact protective order. Bauscher was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $20,000 surety bond.

Antonio Oliveira, 56, of 367 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 12 with second-degree breach of peace.

Police reported Oliveira was arrested on the above listed charges, however the arrest report was not yet available regarding this arrest.

Samuel Robert Krom, 20, of 129 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 13 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, possession of controlled substance, sale of controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Aug. 13 at approximately 12:57 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Police reported Krom punched the victim causing a cut to the victim’s left ear. Krom left the home prior to the officers’ arrival. Police reported Krom was located walking on a road near the home. Krom was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Julio E. Gonzalez, 29, of 41 Delaware Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 14 Gonzalez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint reported on March 9, 2018. Police reported Gonzalez stole lottery tickets and cigarettes from a Citgo gas station located on New Haven Road. Gonzalez was given a court date of Aug. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was held for arraignment.

Tiffani Servidas, 29, of 46 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported Servidas was taken into custody subsequent to a traffic stop on an outstanding failure to appear warrant. Servidas was held on bond pending her appearance at court.

Leslie Pellagrino, 42, of 139 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported Pellagrino was taken into custody after a domestic incident in which Pellagrino is alleged to have threatened the cohabitants of the residence and at some point during the incident a window became broken. Pellagrino scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 15.

Hunter Bolton, 23, of 11 Stanley St., was charged Aug. 14 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 11:30 p.m. the Naugatuck Police Department was called to the area of Stanley Street for a fight in progress. The caller reported two females and a male fighting in the street. It was later learned that Bolton and Stefanie Capobianco were the two females fighting, police reported. The male was found not to be involved, but was related to one of the females. After the altercation, and while a police officer was still on scene, Bolton exited her residence and assaulted the male, striking him with a cell phone, causing facial injuries, police reported. Bolton and Capobianco were both arrested and charged. The male victim was not charged with a crime.

Stefanie A. Capobianco, 31, of 25 Marshall Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 11:30 p.m. the Naugatuck Police Department was called to the area of Stanley Street for a fight in progress. The caller reported two females and a male fighting in the street. It was later learned that Hunter Bolton and Capobianco were the two females fighting, police reported. The male was found not to be involved, but was related to one of the females. Bolton and Capobianco were both arrested and charged. The male victim was not charged with a crime.
