The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Lori Halley, 18, of 19 Park Place, Naugatuck, was charged March 21 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on March 21 at approximately 6:44 p.m. Halley was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation on Dec. 31, 2017. Police reported an officer attempted to initiate a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. The vehicle drove away from the officer and refused to stop. Through the investigation, police reported, Halley was identified as the registered owner of the vehicle. When Halley was interviewed about the incident, she hindered the investigation about information pertaining to who was operating the vehicle, police reported. Halley was given a court date of April 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Stephanie Soltis, 51, of 145 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged March 26 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 1:41 p.m. Soltis was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a neighbor dispute reported on Sept. 2, 2017. Police reported Soltis scattered feces on the victim’s deck, deck stairs, driveway and vehicle. Police reported Soltis owns several cats and it is believed the feces came from the felines. Soltis was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court set $10,000 surety bond.

Benjamin Dinan, 32, of 75 Grove Ave., Derby, was charged March 26 with illegal possession of narcotic.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 12:12 p.m. officers responded to a suspicious motor vehicle on Water Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dinan was in possession of heroin. Dinan was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Kyle Anders-Huculak, 19, of 143 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged March 26 with weapons in vehicles and March 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 11:09 a.m. officers investigated a stolen motor vehicle located on Sharon Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, Anders-Huculak was found to be in possession of a BB gun and knife. Anders-Huculak was given a court date of April 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Police reported on March 27 at approximately 9:25 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Anders-Huculak punched a hole in a door and broke a picture in the home. Anders-Huculak was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.

Jett Black, 21, of no certain address, was charged March 26 with third-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 11:09 a.m. officers investigated a stolen motor vehicle located on Sharon Avenue. The vehicle was reported stolen, by the owner, on March 24, 2018. During the investigation, police reported, Black was found in the parked vehicle. Black was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Alex Malave, 42, of 218 Hillcrest Road, Bridgeport, was charged March 26 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 2:51 p.m. Malave was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Malave was given a court date of April 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Shannon Crosby, 49, of 219 Howe Ave., Shelton, was charged March 27 with violation of protective order and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on March 27 Crosby was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order reported on Jan. 25, 2018. Police reported Crosby contacted the victim through text messages and phone calls which violated a no contact protective order. Crosby was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Kimberly Garner, 53, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 27 with risk of injury to child, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on March 27 Garner was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on Feb. 15, 2018. A DCF social worker notified the department of a possible assault of a child, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Garner struck the child with a belt causing abrasions. Garner was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

Nicholas Daven, 28, of 164 Church St., Monroe, was charged March 27 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 27 at approximately 2:51 p.m. Daven turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Daven was given a court of April 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Juan Torres, 47, of 164 West Main St. 2a, Waterbury, was charged March 27 with illegal possession of narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on March 27 at approximately 11:39 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Exit 26 of Route 8. During the investigation, police reported, Torres attempted to prevent the officer from searching his person. During the search, police reported, the officer found Torres to be in possession of crack cocaine and a smoking pipe. Torres was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Christopher Belske, 31, of 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged March 28 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 7:28 a.m. Belske was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on June 10, 2017. Police reported the victim was at a local bar when he was assaulted by Belske. Police reported Belske punched the victim causing a cut to the victim’s nose. Belske was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

Joseph Amaral, 19, of Naugatuck was charged March 28 with third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 2:15 a.m. officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Polish American Club. Police reported Amaral was found outside the club when the officer arrived. Police reported Amaral damaged a window and gained access to the building. An employee arrived on scene and believed nothing was taken from the establishment, police reported. Amaral was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Aaron Garvin, 30, of 11 Running Brook Road, Waterbury, was charged March 28 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 8:30 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Garvin pushed the victim into a wall and took her phone. Garvin was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Karen Nicolicchia, 32, of 4 Cobblestone Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 29 with first-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 10:36 a.m. Nicolicchia was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Feb. 24, 2018. Police reported Nicolicchia stole furniture and other items from the home. Police reported Nicolicchia and the victim were formerly in a relationship. Nicolicchia was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Aaliyah Lazu, 18, of 18 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 29 with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 11:11 a.m. Lazu was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on March 9 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Lazu hit the victim. Lazu also damaged items in the home, police reported. Lazu was given a court date of March 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Caitlin Morales, 20, of 1710 Meriden Road, Waterbury, was charged March 31 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on March 31 at approximately 2:40 a.m. Morales was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint reported on Dec. 21, 2017. Police reported Morales called the victim and threatened to harm a family member. The victim is known to Morales, police reported. Morales was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Michel Adjei, 26, of 664 Winchester Ave., New Haven, was charged March 31 with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct.

Jaime Rodriguez, 20, of Waterbury, was charged April 1 with second-degree larceny, violation of protective order, breach of peace and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 1 at approximately 4:28 a.m. Rodriguez was arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a violation of a protective order reported on Jan. 27, 2018. Police reported Rodriguez violated the order when he arrived at the victim’s employment. Police reported Rodriguez engaged the victim in an argument and grabbed the victim. During the argument, police reported, Rodriguez took the victim’s cell phone. Rodriguez was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on surety bond.
