The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Superior court dispositions are available at rep-am.com. 

Alberto Neves, 49, of 226 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 30 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 30 at approximately 7:46 p.m. Neves was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Neves was given a court date of Oct. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

Christopher Dessureau, 32, of 57 Beebe St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 31 with second-degree assault and second-degree burglary.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 7:35 p.m. Dessureau turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife reported on Oct. 31, 2017. Police reported Dessureau entered the home of the victim’s friend without permission. During an argument, police reported, Dessureau slapped the victim and left the residence. Dessureau was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

Brian Falcha, 35, of 78 Tanglewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 31 with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 6:38 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Falcha arrived at the home of the victim’s friend. Falcha was engaged in an argument with the victim and the victim’s friend. During the argument, police reported, Falcha hit the victim and the victim’s friend. Before Falcha left, police reported, he kicked the victim’s vehicle causing a dent to the passenger door. Falcha was located driving in Naugatuck, where he was stopped and taken into custody. Falcha was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Jason Jakubczyk, 25, of 78 Svea Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 31 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 9:27 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between roommates. Police reported Jakubczyk was involved in an argument, with the victim, while seated in the victim’s vehicle. During the argument, police reported, Jakubczyk punched the victim, causing bruising to the victim’s eye. Jakubczyk was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Corey Vanduzer, 18, of 700 May St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 31 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 10:17 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between stepson and stepfather. During the argument, police reported, Vanduzer punched the victim, causing a cut on the victim’s lip. Vanduzer was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

James Warren, 19, of 69 Kingswood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 31 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 11:19 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Warren was operating under the influence. Warren was given a court date of Nov. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Michael Zenisky, 26, of last known address 74 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 1 with interfering with an officer, violation of protective order and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Nov. 1 at approximately 9:19 p.m. officers responded to a harassing phone call complaint. Police reported Zenisky sent text messages threatening to damage the victim’s vehicle. Police reported Zenisky has a no contact protective order with the victim, which he violated with the text messages. Zenisky was located in his vehicle on a nearby street. Police reported Zenisky was uncooperative with officers during the arrest. Zenisky was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

Donovan Bosque, 35, of 47 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 1 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 1 at approximately 4:10 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between stepfather and stepson. During an argument, police reported, Bosque pushed the juvenile into a mirror. Bosque was given a court date of Nov. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Jorge Auquilla-Chipantiza, 38, of 8 Fox Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 2 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 2 detectives responded to a local hospital to investigate an assault that occurred in Naugatuck. The assault happened at a construction site in Naugatuck between two coworkers. During an argument, police reported, Auquilla-Chipantiza threw a bundle of shingles at the victim and punched him several times. The victim sustained injuries to his nose and jaw, police reported. Auquilla-Chipantiza was given a court date of Nov. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Greg Ballester, 36, 33-5 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 3 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 3 at approximately 1:13 a.m. Ballester was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Sept. 12, 2017. During an argument, police reported, Ballester grabbed the victim by her face and hair. Ballester was given a court date of Nov. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
