The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Superior court dispositions are available online.

Shawn Foran, 33, of 48 Perock Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 21 with second-degree reckless endangerment, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver.

Police reported on Aug. 21 at approximately 4:47 p.m. officers responded to the area of Perock Lane for a report of gunshots. Officers located Foran who was target shooting in the rear of her property, police reported. Foran was shooting the firearm within close proximity to multiple structures, and she did not have a pistol permit, police reported. Foran hid the firearm from the officers but it was later found in the home, police reported. Foran was given a court date of Aug. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Travis Tilley, 33, of 883 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with third-degree illegal possession of child pornography.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 1:15 p.m. detectives from the Naugatuck Police Department executed a search warrant in conjunction with an ongoing investigation. During the execution of the warrant, police reported, detectives found a computer containing images of child pornography. Tilley was given a court date of Aug. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

Yolimar Colon-Reyes, 20, of 533 East St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 22 with violation of protective order and breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 6:27 p.m. officers responded to Prospect Street for an assault. Police reported Colon-Reyes and Abou Kante were located driving from the area of assault but were stopped by a responding officer. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the incident was a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported they were following each other and a physical altercation occurred on the street. Colon-Reyes was given a court date of Aug. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Abou Kante, 26, of 214 Union City Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 6:27 p.m. officers responded to Prospect Street for an assault. Police reported Kante and Yolimar Colon-Reyes were located driving from the area of assault but were stopped by a responding officer. Kante was given a court date of Aug. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Gregg W. Valentine Jr., 36, of 262 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 8:25 p.m. Valentine was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Valentine was given a court date of Aug. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $75,000 surety bond.

Andrew Lucibello, 37, of 200 Rocky Top Road, Hamden, was charged Aug. 23 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 23 at approximately 8:57 p.m. Lucibello was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on July 1. Police reported the victim hired Lucibello to help her move. During the move, police reported, Lucibello stole a phone and medication. Lucibello was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.

Kathleen Smith, 20, of 42 Royal Oak Drive, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 23 at approximately 5:28 p.m. Smith was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Smith was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Tapasvi Shastri, 25, of 39 Contour Court, Oakville, was charged Aug. 24 with fifth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Aug. 24 at approximately 8:26 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Polcie reported Shastri stole merchandise from the store. He was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Karlos Perez-Ramos, 27, of 68 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 25 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 25 at approximately 7:51 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Perez-Ramos punched the victim in the back of her head and neck. Perez-Ramos was given a court date of Aug. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Christopher Rosado, 112 Parkland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 25 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on Aug. 25 at approximately 10:11 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the victim attempted to call the police. Police reported Rosado took the victim’s phone and broke it. Rosado was given a court date of Aug. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Naji Muhammad, 58, of 97 Idylwood Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 1:28 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Muhammad was operating under the influence of alcohol. Muhammad was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Deanndra Flaherty, 25, of 484 Waterville St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 2:29 a.m. an officer responded to the area of Hazel Avenue for a report of an erratic driver. The officer located the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Weid Drive. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Flaherty was operating under the influence of alcohol. Flaherty was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Rebar Islam Mohammed Ahmaki, 26, of 75 South Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 8:49 p.m. an officer responded to the area of North Church Street for a report of an erratic driver. The officer located the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle investigation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ahmaki was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ahmaki was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jon Peterson, 37, of 471 Main St., Southington, was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 10:09 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation it was determined the accused was operating under the influence. The accused was given a court date of 9/7/17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500.00 non-surety bond.

Danielle Braga, 32, of 37 Tanglewood Drive, Hamden, was charged Aug. 27 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 1:43 a.m. an officer responded to the area of New Haven Road for a report of a motorist asleep at the wheel. The officer located the vehicle matching the description and conducted a motor vehicle investigation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Braga was operating under the influence of alcohol. Braga was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jason Thompson, 41, of 242 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 27 with violation of restraining order and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 9:40 a.m. Thompson was arrested on an active arrest warrant for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Thompson contacted the victim by phone call, which was a violation of the order. Thompson was given a court date of Aug. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 court-set bond.

Daniel Johnson, 36, of 154 Chestnut Tree Hill, Oxford, was charged Aug. 27 with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 12:00 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a trespassing complaint. Police reported Johnson was inside the store after being banned from Walmart properties for a past incident. Police reported Johnson was located and found to be with a female party who he has a no contact protective order with. Johnson was given a court date of Aug. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Ronald P. Barrows Jr., 38, of 9 Newman Ave., U12, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 27 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 2:20 p.m. officers responded to residence on a report of a protective order violation. Police reported officers made contact with the caller and Barrows, who was found to be in violation of a standing protective order by being at the residence. Barrows was held on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 28

Rodney Mays, 46, of 88 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 27 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 9:55 p.m. Officers responded to 88 Lantern Park Drive for a domestic disturbance between male and female family members. During the incident, police reported, both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Mays was found to have smashed dishes and various items. Officers also observed marks in walls from the items being thrown into them, police reported. Mays was given a court date of Aug. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 bond.

Samantha Bombardier, 24, of 47 Stonefield Drive, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 27 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 11:32 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road, on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Police reported loss prevention advised that they observed Bombardier enter the “men’s” restroom where she was heard “scuffling and flushing” items while in one of the stalls. Police reported Bombardier was found to have been attempting to un-package items to conceal to exit the store without paying for them. Bombardier was released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 28.
