The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ROBERT LUNDQUIST, 29, of 274 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 19 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 8:11 a.m. officers responded to 570 May St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lundquist violated an active no contact protective order. Lundquist was given a court date of Dec. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

KIMBERLY TOLOSKI, 44, of 158 East Main St., Torrington, was charged Dec. 19 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 2:46 p.m. an officer responded to Big Y for a larceny. Police reported Toloski and Brenda McBurney filled a shopping cart with groceries and other items, concealed merchandise in their purses and left the store without paying. The total value of the stolen items was $452.83, police reported. Toloski was given a court date of Dec. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BRENDA MCBURNEY, 54, of 48 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 19 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 2:46 p.m. an officer responded to Big Y for a larceny. Police reported McBurney and Kimberly Toloski filled a shopping cart with groceries and other items, concealed merchandise in their purses and left the store without paying. The total value of the stolen items was $452.83, police reported. McBurney was given a court date of Dec. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RYAN ROSS, 31, of 580 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 19 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 19 at approximately 3:14 p.m. an officer investigated a domestic disturbance that occurred on Dec. 18, 2016. The disturbance was between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Ross grabbed the victim by her arm and pushed her. Ross was given a court date of Dec. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOHN HANAS, 26, of 38 Idleview Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 20 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Dec. 20 at approximately 9:29 p.m. officers responded to 399 Webb Road for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hanas was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hanas was given a court date of Dec. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JENNIFER SPRAGUE, 32, of 90 Terrace Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 20 with risk of injury to child, leaving child under 12 unsupervised, second-degree reckless endangerment and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 20 at approximately 4:38 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for juveniles left in alone in a vehicle. Sprague was located inside the store. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Sprague was involved in a larceny. Police reported Sprague selected items in the store and attempted to return the items fraudulently. Sprague was given a court date of Dec. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

JOSPEH TORRICE, 32, of 218 Oak St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 20 with reckless driving, disobeying signal of an officer: 1st/subsequent offense and disobeying the signal of an officer: elude/attempt escape.

Police reported on Dec. 20 at approximately 11:18 p.m. Torrice was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an erratic driving complaint made on Nov. 26, 2016 on New Haven Road. Police reported Torrice was located in the parking lot of Walmart. When the officer approached the vehicle, the vehicle drove away refusing to stop for the officer. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle until the Waterbury town line where the pursuit was ended, police reported. Torrice was given a court date of Dec. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $2,500 cash bond.

CARLOS INFANTE, 22, of 154 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 21 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 7 p.m. officers responded to 154 Prospect St. 1st floor for a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Infante threw a cup of water at the victim. Police reported Infante also broke a window by throwing a skateboard through it. Infante was given a court date of Dec. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KYLA AMBER WALKER, 18, of 214 Hilltop Road, Oakville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 10:59 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Walker and a juvenile stole $51.14 worth of make-up and accessories by concealing the items in a purse. Walker was given a court date of Jan. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID LATINO, 45, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 22 with third-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 22 Latino was arrested at court on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a stolen motor vehicle reported on Dec. 12, 2016. Police reported Latino took the victim’s vehicle without permission. The victim is known to Latino. Latino was given a court date of Dec. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

ANNIKA EKBERGH-PEEK, 32, of 71 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 23 with disorderly conduct, violation of protective order, first-degree reckless endangerment, threatening, first-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and attempt at first-degree robbery.

Police reported on Dec. 23 at approximately 5 p.m. officers responded to 71 Cliff St. for a reported domestic disturbance between Ekbergh-Peek and a family member. It was determined that the two became involved in a physical altercation in which Ekbergh-Peek struck the victim in the head multiple times with a glass bottle causing significant injuries to the victim, police reported. It was determined that Ekbergh-Peek was attempting to take money from the victim and that during the altercation she threatened the victim and attempted to physically prevent the accused from calling 911 by striking the victim in the head again with a glass bottle, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined that Ekbergh-Peek had a valid protective order that prevented her from having contact with the victim. Ekbergh-Peek was held on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 27.

CARMEN GUNN, 38, of 41-5 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 24 with first-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on Dec. 24 at 9:49 p.m. Gunn was involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical outside of her residence located at the 41 Building on Ridge Road. Gunn was released on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 4.

JENNA BOGDAN, 34, of 120 Garvel St., Meriden, was charged Dec. 25 with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Dec. 25 at approximately 11:15 a.m. officers were dispatched to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a suspicious person/vehicle report. Police reported Bogdan was found in the driver’s seat of the vehicle and found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Bogdan was released on a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 4.
