The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

WINSTON BRIERLEY, 29, of 37 Camp Mooleen Road, Lebanon, was charged Nov. 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Nov. 15 at approximately 4:53 Brierley turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Brierley was given a court date of Nov. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $35,000 surety bond.

HOLLY GARNETT, 23, of 77 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 16 with interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at approximately 1:10 p.m. Garnett was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation reported on Sept. 8, 2016. Police reported officers responded to New Haven Road for an erratic driver. When Garnett was stopped she gave a false name to the officers, police reported. During the investigation she was identified by the officer. Garnett was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CARLEN RIVERA, 42, of 1847 North Main St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 16 with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at approximately 8:32 a.m. Rivera turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a counterfeit money complaint reported on Oct. 11, 2016 from Walmart. Police reported Rivera used counterfeit money to purchase electronics valued to $638.08. Rivera was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

JOHN KRUPNIK, 18, of 87 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 16 with risk of injury to child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at approximately 3:31 p.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck YMCA for a fight involving juveniles. Police reported Krupnik with a juvenile male were playing basketball against the other two juvenile males. During the game an argument developed and the males began to fight, police reported. Krupnik was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KATHERINE SANFORD, 31, of 3 Buritt Place, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 17 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 17 at approximately 8:38 a.m. officers responded to 88 Woodland St. for a disturbance. During an argument in the street, police reported, Sanford punched the victim. Sanford was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

KEVIN CHAMBERLAND, 48, of no certain address, was charged Nov. 18 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 18 at approximately 10:14 p.m. Chamberland was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of New Britain. Chamberland was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

COREY TONNING, 30, of 174 North State St., Ansonia, was charged Nov. 19 with violation of restraining order and third-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Nov. 19 at approximately 12:08 a.m. officers responded to Curtis Street for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Tonning arrived at the victim’s home and began an argument. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Tonning violated an active protective order. Tonning was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

BRITTANY GALLAGHER, 23, of 73 Cold Spring Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 19 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 19 at approximately 1:52 a.m. officers responded to 73 Cold Spring Circle for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Gallagher punched the victim, causing redness on the victim’s face and neck. Gallagher was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

LAMONT WILSON, 22, of 22 Aaron B Samuels, Danbury, was charged Nov. 20 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 20 Wilson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Wilson continued to show up at the victim’s home after he was advised not to have contact with the victim. Wilson was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

YORGOS KOXARAKIS, 33, of 46 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 20 at approximately 5:31 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Koxarakis stole merchandise from the store. Koxarakis was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

MAXWELL PRICE, 25, of 1544 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, risk of injury to child and third-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 21 at approximately 1:55 a.m. officers responded to Gorman Street for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Police reported Price entered the victim’s home and took the keys to the victim’s car. Price stole the victim’s vehicle, which was parked in her driveway, police reported. Price and the victim’s vehicle were located in the area. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Price stole a vehicle from New Britain and drove to Waterbury and then Naugatuck. Price caused damaged the stolen vehicle from New Britain rendering it disabled. He then stole the victim’s vehicle to drive from Naugatuck, police reported. Price was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

DAVID HARRIS JR., 39, of 371 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 21 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Nov. 21 at approximately 1:21 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Harris struck a carriage stall and left the parking lot. Harris was later located at his residence. Harris was given a court date of Dec. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

BRENDA MCBURNEY, 54, of 48 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 21 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 21 at approximately 5:04 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported McBurney stole merchandise from the store. McBurney was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

THOMAS MCBURNEY, 27, of 48 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 21 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 21 at approximately 5:04 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported McBurney stole merchandise from the store. McBurney was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JOHN FRUIN, 43, of 167 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 22 with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 9:29 a.m. Fruin turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Aug. 27, 2016. Police reported Fruin stole a radiator to a vehicle that was stored on the victim’s property. Fruin was given a court date of Dec. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANDREW MENDILLO, 40, of 81 Hacket St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 22 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 3:14 p.m. Mendillo was arrested on active arrest warrants. Mendillo was given a court date of Nov. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

KELLIE MUCCINO, 45, of 15 Barnum Court, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 22 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 4:04 p.m. an officer investigated a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. The incident took place at 15 Barnum Court 1st floor. During an argument, police reported, Muccino pushed the victim to the floor. Muccino was given a court date of Nov. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL GARRETT, 30, of 161 Ripton Road, Shelton, was charged Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 23 at approximately 5:53 a.m. officers responded to 165 Meadow St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Garrett pushed the victim. Garrett was given a court date of Nov. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOSHUA PETRO, 18, of 66 Park Ave., Oakville, was charged Nov. 23 with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying of pistol or revolver without permit, possession of controlled substance: narcotics, possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession with intent to sell narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, conspiracy at possession of narcotics, conspiracy at possession with intent to sell narcotics, and conspiracy at possession with intent to sell narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

JAUQUILLE COOPER, 22, of 893 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 23 criminal possession of a firearm, carrying of pistol or revolver without permit, criminal use of firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment and first-degree burglary.

CHRISTINE MOTT, 34, of 17 Salem St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 24 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Nov. 24 at approximately 12:49 a.m. officers responded to the area of Route 8 Exit 27 for a wrong way driver on the highway. An officer located the vehicle on Water Street, where the officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mott was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mott was given a court date of Dec. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.

SHEMINITH NOONAN, 29, of 76 Highland Ave., Watertown, was charged Nov. 24 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 24 at approximately 2:29 a.m. officers responded to 597 Millville Ave. Apt 6-6 for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they struck each other, no injuries reported. Noonan was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PAUL BREWER, 29, of 597 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 24 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 24 at approximately 2:29 a.m. officers responded to 597 Millville Ave. Apt 6-6 for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they struck each other, no injuries reported. Brewer was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SHANAE LOTT, 24, of 89 Morton Road, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 26 with assault of public safety/emergency personnel and breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 26 at approximately 12:57 a.m. officers responded to 66 Church St. for an unwanted party. Police reported Lott attempted to reenter the bar by pushing past staff. When the officer arrived on scene, police reported, he attempted to stop Lott who refused to comply. Police reported Lott struck the officer and was then taken into custody. Lott was given a court date of Dec. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

PRESTON BRITT, 26, of 65 Morning Mist Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 26 with first-degree robbery, criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of 4 or more ounces of marijuana, conspiracy at first-degree robbery, conspiracy at second-degree assault and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 26 at approximately 11:22 a.m. officers responded to 90 Aetna St. for a robbery. The victim was home with a friend when Britt and Louis Lewis arrived at his home, police reported. The victim knew Britt but did not Lewis prior to the incident. When they were in the home Britt pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the victim, police reported. The victim handed Britt his money. The victim’s friend took a knife out and Lewis fought with the friend and took the knife from him, police reported. During the altercation, police reported, the friend sustained a cut to his neck. Britt and Lewis left the residence and the victim called the police. They were located driving on High Street where the officer stopped them. They were taken into custody. Britt was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500,000 surety bond.

LOUIS LEWIS, 22, of 200 North Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 26 with first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of 4 or more ounces of marijuana, conspiracy at first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 26 at approximately 11:22 a.m. officers responded to 90 Aetna St. for a robbery. AMANDA SKOLDBERG, 28, of 720 Lambert Road, Orange, was charged Nov. 27 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Nov. 27 at approximately 5:18 a.m. officers responded to 12 Forest St. for a domestic disturbance between girlfriends. Skoldberg was arguing with Maria Martinez over her property, police reported. Martinez would not give Skoldberg back her phone. During the argument, police reported, Skoldberg threw Martinez to the floor. Martinez sustained a laceration to her head. Skoldberg was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

MARIA ROSA MARTINEZ, 24, of 12 Forest St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 27 at approximately 5:18 a.m. officers responded to 12 Forest St. for a domestic disturbance between girlfriends. Amanda Skoldberg was arguing with Martinez over her property, police reported. Martinez would not give Skoldberg back her phone. During the argument, police reported, Skoldberg threw Martinez to the floor. Martinez sustained a laceration to her head. Martinez was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
