HAAKEEM MITCHELL, 19, of 1184 Bank St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 31 with breach of peace, risk of injury to child and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 31 at approximately 9:23 p.m. officers responded to the area of Salem School for an assault. Mitchell and three other men left the area in a vehicle prior to the officers’ arrival, police reported. When the officers arrived on scene they found two male victims. The adult male victim had a laceration to his shoulder and the juvenile male had a laceration to his chin, police reported. The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. During the investigation, police reported, the identities of the four men were established. They were found at a home in Waterbury. Mitchell was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

DAVID WILLIAMS, 21, of 255 North Main St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 31 with breach of peace, risk of injury to child and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.

CHRISTOPHER GASKINS, 25, of 1751 North Hoadley, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 31 with breach of peace, risk of injury to child, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and first-degree assault.

Gaskins and three other men left the area in a vehicle prior to the officers’ arrival, police reported. When the officers arrived on scene they found two male victims. During the investigation, police reported, the identities of the four men were established. They were found at a home in Waterbury. Mitchell was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

REGINALD SMITH, 47, of 288 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 1 with sixth-degree larceny.

ROBERT SOLSBURY, 43, of 40 Morning, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 2 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Nov. 2 Solsbury turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident that was reported on July 31, 2016. Police reported Solsbury struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart and left the scene. Solsbury caused damage to the rear end of the victim’s vehicle. Solsbury was given a court date of Nov. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MCKAYLA DEBRIZZI, 18, of 117 Scott Road, Prospect, was charged Nov. 2 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Nov. 2 at approximately 5 p.m. Debrizzi turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident that was reported on Oct. 1, 2016. Police reported Debrizzi struck a parked vehicle and a dumpster in the parking lot of the Naugatuck Motor Lodge and left the scene. Debrizzi was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

JONATHON BRELSFORD, 25, of 11 Fern St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 3 at approximately 7:44 p.m. officers responded to 205 Quinn St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Brelsford arrived at the home, and when the victim did not answer the door for him he opened a window and yelled to her to come out. Brelsford was given a court of Nov. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MICHELLE NUNEZ, 41, of 33 Lewis Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 3 at approximately 9:48 p.m. officers responded to 33 Lewis Circle for a disturbance. During the investigation, police reported, it was discovered that Nunez was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Nunez was given a court date of Nov. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 cash bond.

MICHELLE LOUGHLIN, 33, of 148 Plaza Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 4 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 2:51 a.m. Loughlin was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Sept. 3, 2016 at Walmart. Loughlin was under the influence of a narcotic at the time of the incident, police reported. Loughlin began to yell and fight with a female friend she was with in the parking lot. When the officers arrived, police reported, Loughlin did not cooperate and spit at one of the officers. Loughlin was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

STEVEN CARLOTO, 48, of 363 Catherine St., Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 4 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 8:15 a.m. Carloto was arrested on an active arrest warrant while he was at court. The warrant was for a burglary reported on April 11, 2016. Police reported Carloto forced entry to a convenience store and stole cash, coins and cigarettes. Carloto was given a court date of Nov. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

LEWIS TROWBRIDGE, 38, of 27 Beacon Wood, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 2:06 p.m. Trowbridge turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Trowbridge was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $75 cash bond.

JOAO A. REGALADO, 64, of 245 Maple St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 4:26 p.m. an officer responded to the intersection of High Street and Maple Street for a motor vehicle crash. Police reported Regalado struck a vehicle and continued to drive away from the scene. He was located on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Regalado was operating under the influence of alcohol. Regalado was given a court date of Nov. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

SHANNON FAIRCLOTH, 28, of 89 Wopowog Road, East Hampton, was charged Nov. 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Nov. 5 at approximately 1:33 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Faircloth was operating under the influence of alcohol. Faircloth was given a court date of Nov. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

MARQUIS HALL, 27, of 580 Hancock Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 5 with disorderly conduct and failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Nov. 5 at approximately 2:20 a.m. Hall was arrested on an active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a disturbance reported on Oct. 12, 2016 on High Street. Police reported Hall was involved in a house party with excessive noise that disturbed the neighbors. Hall was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

MICHAELA BEGG, 22, of 30 Donovan Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 8:17 p.m. Begg turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order that occurred on Oct. 19, 2016. Police reported Begg was in a vehicle with the party that has a full protective order against her. Begg was given a court date of Nov. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,500 surety bond.

ROGER JENSEN, 26, of 120 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 4:57 p.m. Jensen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Jensen was given a court date of Nov. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court set $2,500 surety bond.

AARON OSTUNI, 39, of 185 Melbourne St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 5:10 p.m. Ostuni was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Ostuni was given a court date of Nov. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

ADRIAN WALENCIEJ, 20, of 33 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 6:03 p.m. Walenciej was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Walenciej was given a court date of Nov. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 cash bond.

RONDA PHILLIPS, 45, of 183 Melbourne St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 1:40 a.m. an officer responded to Melbourne Street for a vehicle taken without the owner’s permission. Police reported Phillips took the victim’s vehicle, who is known to her, without permission. Phillips was given a court date of Nov. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until her court date.
