The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

EROLL HODZA, 29, of 8 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 7 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 8:40 p.m. officers responded to Carroll Court for a disturbance. When the officers arrived on scene they located two parties in a driveway arguing with Hodza, who was yelling out of a second-floor window, police reported. Hodza continued to yell and threw property around on the porch, police reported. Hodza’s behavior disturbed neighbors, police reported. He was given a court date of Oct. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

HEATHER FORD, 25, of 20 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 7:47 a.m. officers responded to 93 Irving St. for an assault. Ford arrived at the victim’s home and began to argue with her, police reported. During the argument, police reported, Ford punched the victim, who is pregnant. Ford and the victim are known to each other. Ford was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

PAUL DESANTIS, 21, of 50 Pierpont Road, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 11 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 8:57 a.m. Desantis turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Desantis was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $200 cash bond.

JAMES MATTICE, 32, of 50 Laclair Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 11:53 a.m. officers responded to the area of Field Street by Fairfield Court for a report of an erratic driver. The officer located the vehicle on Fairfield Court. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mattice was operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Mattice was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SAMARA COLEMAN, 27, of 52 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 8:17 p.m. Coleman was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Coleman was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

KIMBERLY DUNN, 35, of 65 Eldridge St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 12 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Oct. 12 at approximately 3:05 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Dunn stole two packs of Red Bull, motor oil, clothing and multiple health items that totaled $277.27. Dunn was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

CHRISTINE DMUCHOWSKI, 56, of 46 Applewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 14 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Oct. 14 at approximately 4:40 p.m. Dmuchowski turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Dmuchowski was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

SARA SILVERBERG, 29, of 290 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 14 at approximately 9:19 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. Police reported Silverberg was identified as the operator of the vehicle and she was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Silverberg was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $250 cash bond.

JILL COLAFRANCES, 35, of 174 School St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 15 at approximately 4:40 p.m. officers responded to Bridge Street for a suspicious vehicle. The caller stated there was a female passed in a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Colafrances was operating under the influence. She was given a court date of Oct. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANTHONY AYALA, 43, of 145 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 15 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 15 at approximately 6:34 p.m. officers responded to 145 Lewis St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Ayala let the air out of the victim’s vehicle’s tires so she could not drive from the residence. Ayala was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

RALPH D. ZOLLO III, 60, of 1961 Jamaica Ave., Hollis, was charged Oct. 15 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 15 at approximately 8:30 p.m. officers responded to 27-1 Coach Circle for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Zollo spit at the victim. Zollo was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

NORMAN OTT, 49, of 51 Brook St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 15 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Oct. 15 at approximately 9:55 p.m. officers responded to 51 Brook St. 6E for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the victim wanted to leave but Ott took her car keys. He also threw her pocket book emptying all of its contents, police reported. Ott was uncooperative and charged at the officers when they first arrived, police reported. When he was placed under arrest he resisted by kicking at the officers, police reported. Ott was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

CHRISTOPHER MARIANO, 55, of 16 Round Hill Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 16 with sixth-degree larceny and illegal use of credit card.

Police reported on Oct. 16 at approximately 4 p.m. Mariano was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Sept. 30, 2016. Police reported Mariano stole the victim’s credit card and made two fraudulent purchases that totaled $43.41. Mariano was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $150 cash bond.

FAITH ALBINO, 28, of 22 Brighton Road, Prospect, was charged Oct. 16 with possession of controlled substance: narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Oct. 16 at approximately 1:13 a.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck Motor Lodge for unwanted parties. The male caller stated there were two women in his room that would not leave. Upon the officers’ arrival Brandy Milone gave a false name. During the investigation, police reported, officers found syringes, glass smoking pipe and 1 gram of heroin. Albino was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

BRANDY MILONE, 27, of 69 Branch St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 16 with possession of controlled substance: narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree hindering prosecution and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 16 at approximately 1:13 a.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck Motor Lodge for unwanted parties. The male caller stated there were two women in his room that would not leave. Upon the officers’ arrival Brandy Milone gave a false name. During the investigation, police reported, officers found syringes, glass smoking pipe and 1 gram of heroin. Police reported Milone was also arrested on active arrest warrants. Milone was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.
