The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

MARIA CASELLES, 32, of 10 Kings Court, Derby, was charged Feb. 5 with breach of peace and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 5 at approximately 10:50 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Caselles with an accomplice stole batteries and a car stereo worth $152.02. When approached by store security, police reported, they he ran from the store. They were later located in the area. Caselles was given a court date of Feb. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

LUIS IZQUIERDO, 38, of 53 Francis St., Ansonia, was charged Feb. 5 with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 5 Izquierdo was arrested on active arrest warrants. Izquierdo was given a court date of Feb. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

DANIEL BRYANT, 28, of 173 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 6 with failure to register as a sex offender.

Police reported on Feb. 6 at approximately 5:13 p.m. Bryant was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for sex offender registry complaint. Police reported Bryant is a registered sex offender who moved to Connecticut from another state and did not register in Connecticut. Bryant was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $30,000 surety bond.

ANILSON AVIZ, 42, of 65 Woodlawn Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 8:10 p.m. Aviz was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Jan. 12, 2015, between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Aviz grabbed the victim and pushed her against a wall. Aviz was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

LATISA PACHECO, 25, of Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 1:22 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Pacheco slapped her husband. Pacheco was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOEL PACHECO, 27, of 38 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 1:22 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Pacheco flipped over a coffee table and pushed his wife. Pacheco was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BRIAN GREEN, 42, of 39 Homestead Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 12:03 a.m. officers responded to 17 Homestead Ave. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Green entered the victim’s home without permission and an argument occurred. During the argument, police reported, Green grabbed the victim’s wrist causing a bruise. Green was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM FREIHEIT, 30, of 152 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 wit three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 3:41 p.m. Freiheit was arrested on active arrest warrants. Freiheit was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $495 cash bond.

NEIL SPARDONE, 33, of 95 Lincoln St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 3:44 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Spardone stole DVDs valued at $50.92. Spardone was given a court date of Feb. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER MORROCCO, 43, of 32 Patricia Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 6:05 p.m. officers responded to Mobil on South Main Street for a larceny complaint. Police reported Morrocco stole consumable goods. Morrocco was given a court date of Feb. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ANGELA BOUTOTE, 22, of 12 Maybury Circle, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 1:46 p.m. officers responded to 16 Melbourne Court for a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, Boutote grabbed at her family member’s arms. Boutote was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

DEBRA KOVAC, 49, of 89 Sande Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 1:46 p.m. officers responded to 16 Melbourne Court for a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, Kovac kicked her family member. Kovac was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

MARCIO FERNANDES, 36, of 169 Maple Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 8 with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 8 at approximately 8:44 p.m. Fernandes was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Fernandes the pushed the victim and pulled her hair. A juvenile was home during the incident, police reported. Fernandes was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.
