The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

HENRY PEREIRA, 22, of 19 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 20 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 20 at approximately 11:50 a.m. Pereira was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a past domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Pereira grabbed the victim’s arms causing bruising. Pereira was given a court date of June 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 court-set surety bond.

JOSEPH HENNESSEY, 34, of 120 Gravel St., Meriden, was charged June 20 with criminal impersonation, three counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 20 at approximately 4:34 p.m. officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Platts Mill Road. Police reported Hennessey gave an officer a false name due to him being wanted on active arrest warrants. Hennessey was given a court date of June 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

NICOLE STOLL, 22, of 7 Olsen Drive, Seymour, was charged June 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on June 20 at approximately 11:03 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Stoll stole $70 worth of merchandise. Stoll was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL MARZANO JR., 45, of 65 Moonlight Circle, Naugatuck, was charged June 21 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 21 at approximately 6:09 p.m. Marzano turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Marzano was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

GREGORY VIA, 47, of 430 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged June 22 with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 7:14 p.m. Via was arrested on active arrest warrants. Via was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

HAAKEEM MITCHELL, 19, of 1184 Bank St., Waterbury, was charged June 22 with four counts of second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 6:03 p.m. Mitchell was arrested an active arrest warrants. Mitchell was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

SAKWON MITCHELL, 20, of 1184 Bank St., Waterbury, was charged June 22 with five counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 6:03 p.m. Mitchell was arrested on active arrest warrants. Mitchell was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

KRISTOFER BUTLER, 28, of 68 Fairchild St., Naugatuck, was charged June 22 with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and non-student in possession of drugs near a school, high school grounds or day care.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 6:21 p.m. an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Central Avenue School. The operator was identified as Lawrence Allen and the passenger as Kristofer Butler. During the investigation, police reported, they were found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe, a syringe and heroin. Butler was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

LAWRENCE ALLEN, 26, of 76 Manners Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia, non-student in possession of drugs near a school, high school grounds or day care and violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 6:21 p.m. an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Central Avenue School. The operator was identified as Lawrence Allen and the passenger as Kristofer Butler. During the investigation, police reported, they were found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe, a syringe and heroin. Allen was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 6:21 p.m. Allen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Allen was given a court date of June 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

FILIS MAMUDOSKA, 36, of 6 Cotton Hollow Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 22 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on June 22 at approximately 8:52 p.m. Mamudoska was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Mamudoska was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $135 cash bond.

CHRISTOPHER SCHATZ, 34, of 161 Kensington Ave., New Britain, was charged June 24 with two counts of violation of probation.

Police reported on June 24 at approximately 7:19 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cherry Street. Police reported Schatz was identified in the vehicle and was wanted on active arrest warrants. Schatz was given a court date of June 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

HANS SHMIGELSKY, 32, of 211 Wooding Hill Road, Bethany, was charged June 25 with weapons in vehicles, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second offense.

DAVID ADAMSON JR., 49, of 266 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged June 25 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 25 at approximately 8:18 p.m. officers responded to 266 North Main St. for a suspicious person. Police reported Adamson was in a parking lot yelling profanities, which caused a disturbance to the neighbors. Adamson was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JARRED WORTHY, 21, of 3 Cots St., Shelton, was charged June 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 26 at approximately 2:05 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on May Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Worthy was operating under the influence of alcohol. Worthy was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

JOHN BERGER, 29, of 2875 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged June 26 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 26 at approximately 8:23 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Berger was operating under the influence of alcohol. Berger was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
