The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ARIC RIVKIN, 29, of 90 Wakelee Ave., Wolcott, was charged May 2 with threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 5:13 p.m. Rivkin turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on March 30, 2016 at 66 Church Street. During an argument with another patron, police reported, Rivkin created a disturbance and spit at the patron. Rivkin was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MICHELLE SCHULD, 33, of 40 Briarwood Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with risk of injury to child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 12:34 a.m. Schuld turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter reported on April 22, 2016. During an argument, police reported, Schuld pushed the victim to the floor and grabbed her by the neck. There was a juvenile present during the altercation, police reported. Schuld was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

KYLE CARDELLA, 20, of 110 Park Ave., Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with breach of peace.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 9:37 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a disturbance in the parking lot. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the altercation was a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Cardella grabbed the victim’s wrists. The victim’s mother, Christina Henry, intervened and punched Cardella, police reported. Cardella was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CHRISTINA HENRY, 42, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 2 with breach of peace.

Police reported on May 2 at approximately 9:37 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a disturbance in the parking lot. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the altercation was a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Kyle Cardella grabbed the victim’s wrists. The victim’s mother, Henry, intervened and punched Cardella, police reported. Henry was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROBERT D. CURA JR., 38, of 2 Cemetary Road, Middlebury, was charged May 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 5 at approximately 2:53 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Cura was operating under the influence of alcohol. Cura was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

JENNY DOMBROWSKI, 38, of 15 Davis Road, Oxford, was charged May 6 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on May 6 at approximately 12:50 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Dombrowski stole clothing and cosmetics valued at $101.93. Dombrowski was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

JARRELL FULTON, 29, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged May 6 with disorderly conduct, threatening and third-degree assault.

Police reported on May 6 at approximately 11:26 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument between Fulton and his girlfriend a juvenile became involved, police reported. Fulton struck the juvenile in the face during the altercation, police reported. Fulton was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICARDO ZOLYOMI, 53, of 225 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged May 7 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 7 at approximately 1:04 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Zolyomi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Zolyomi was given a court date of May 19.

ROBIN LATINO, 39, of 66 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged May 7 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on May 7 at approximately 7:37 a.m. officers responded to 66 Prospect St. for a suspicious person complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival, police reported, he located Latino seated in a vehicle in the parking lot. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Latino was parked outside the victim’s home. Police reported Latino contacted the victim via text messaging, which was in violation of an active protective order. Latino was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

EDWARD DAJNEROWICZ, 66, of 29 Phyllis Drive, Naugatuck, was charged May 8 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on May 8 at approximately 10:41 a.m. officers responded to 29 Phylis Drive for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dajnerowicz was in the home in violation of a protective order. He was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

CHRIS TRAMUTA, 38, of 246 spring St., Naugatuck, was charged May 8 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on May 8 at approximately 4:05 p.m. officers responded to 246 Spring St. 3rd floor for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. While Juanita Soto was moving belongings out of the apartment, police reported, Tramuta became angry and threw a TV. The TV was damaged by Tramuta’s actions. During the altercation, police reported, Soto damaged a lamp and punched Tramuta. Tramuta was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JUANITA SOTO, 30, of 246 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged May 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 8 at approximately 4:05 p.m. officers responded to 246 Spring St. 3rd floor for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. While Soto was moving belongings out of the apartment, police reported, Chris Tramuta became angry and threw a TV. The TV was damaged by Tramuta’s actions. During the altercation, police reported, Soto damaged a lamp and punched Tramuta. Soto was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TRAVIS BREDA, 25, of 30 Ryans Place, Waterbury, was charged May 8 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on May 8 an officer responded to the area of Pond Street for a suspicious person complaint. Police reported Breda was located in the area and he was intoxicated. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Breda was wanted on an active arrest warrant out of West Haven. Breda was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.
