The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ERIC JONES, 25, of 57 Dan Parker Drive, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 1 with second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 5 p.m. Jones was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on April 14, 2015 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Jones arrived at the victim’s residence with a female. The female began to argue with the victim in the parking lot. During this time, police reported, Jones exited the vehicle with a knife. Jones dropped the knife and threw the victim to the ground and held her down, police reported. Jones was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was released on a $7,500 surety bond.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 5 p.m. Jones was arrested on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear. Jones was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500.00 surety bond.

LOUIS LACMAN, 34, of 67 Platts Mills Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 7:55 a.m. Lacman turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident, which occurred on North Main Street on Oct. 4, 2015. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lacman was operating under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Lacman was given a court date of Feb. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 cash bond.

ANGEL TELLO, 29, of 87 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 1 with risk of injry to child, fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and permitting minor to possess liquor.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 3:55 p.m. Tello turned himself in on two active arrest warrants. The warrants were for sexual assaults reported on Oct. 10, 2015. Police reported Tello inappropriately touched two male juveniles, who were known to him. Tello also gave one of the juvenile victim’s alcohol, police reported. Tello was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on two court-set $100,000 surety bonds.

JAMES FERRARI, 40, of 380 South Main St., Seymour, was charged Feb. 1 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 12:12 p.m. Ferrari turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Ferrari was given a court date of Feb. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $75,000 surety bond.

JEFFREY A. SCHILLER, 51, of 3 Vine St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 6:13 p.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. Police reported Schiller continued to drive and eventually stopped on Locust Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Schiller was operating under the influence of alcohol. Schiller was given a court date of Feb. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICKY GRAHAM, 36, of 93 Robin St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 2 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 10:50 a.m. Graham turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint reported on Jan. 12, 2016 at Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue. Police reported Graham stole $119.85 worth of Nyquil bottles. Graham was given a court date of Feb. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior and released on a court-set $120 cash bond.

BRIAN BRAZIK, 55, of 74 Woodland St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 2 with failure to register: sexually violent offense.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 7 p.m. Brazik was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a sex offender registry violation. Police reported Brazik failed to report his address to the Sex Offender Registry Unit. Brazik was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

KAYLEE VIDIC, 19, of 18 Fairview Ave., Watertown, was charged Feb. 2 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 4:47 p.m. Vidic was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vidic was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,000 surety bond.

JOSEPH MISCIO, 21, of 522 Pool Road, North Haven, was charged Feb. 3 with possession of controlled substance: narcotics.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at 1:50 p.m. an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, Miscio was found to be in possession of 1.49 grams of cocaine. Miscio was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

MAURIZIO P. GENOVESI, 25, of 20 Gus St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 8:09 p.m. officers responded to Church Street for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Genovesi struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Ion Bank and drove away. The officer located Genovesi’s vehicle on Rubber Avenue, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Genovesi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Genovesi was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,500 surety bond.

RAUL LIMA, 43, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 8:50 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Lima attempted to steal $100 worth of meats. Lima was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICHARD DINICOLA, 43, of 1513 Baldwin St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 4 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 4 at approximately 9 a.m. Dinicola was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Dinicola was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 cash bond.

MICHAEL BLACHA, 45, of 298 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 5 with evading responsibility.

Police reported on Feb. 5 at approximately 3:47 p.m. Blacha turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident on Maple Street. During a turning maneuver the driver of a tractor trailer damaged a parked vehicle and a light pole. The driver then drove away from the area. Blacha was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

CHARLES CIAMPI, 19, of 33 Brentwood Drive, Wolcott, was charged Feb. 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 5 at approximately 1:01 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation Route 8. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ciampi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ciampi was given a court date of Feb. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DONOVAN BOSQUE, 34, of 47 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 5 with disorderly conduct and second-degree restraint.

Police reported on Feb. 5 at approximately 5:28 p.m. officers responded to 47 Galpin St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Bosque grabbed the victim by her forearms and pushed her against a wall. Bosque was given a court date of Feb 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

HUNTER ABSHER, 22, of 2540 Butler Mill Drive, Seaford, was charged Feb. 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 5 at approximately 8:27 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Absher was operating under the influence of alcohol. Absher was given a court date of Feb. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PETER JOHANSEN, 29, of 133 Prospect St., Bristol, was charged Feb. 6 with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 6 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Johansen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on March 9, 2015. Police reported Johansen stole the victim’s kayak valued at $1,000. Johansen was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Feb. 6 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Johansen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 19, 2015. Police reported Johansen accepted a stolen kayak, valued at $425, and sold it to a pawn shop. Johansen was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

NICHOLE TITLEY, 43, of 26 Deerwood Drive, Bethlehem, was charged Feb. 7 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 12:19 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Titley was operating under the influence of alcohol. Titley was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THEODORE EDWARDS, 55, of 103 South Main St., Beacon Falls, was charged Feb. 7 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 5:44 p.m. officers responded to 87 Church St. for a suspicious person complaint. Edwards was arrested for the listed offense, police reported. Edwards was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
