The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DEXTER AMBROSE, 24, of 123 Angel Drive, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 21 with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 4:22 p.m. Ambrose was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on July 28, 2015 at 7-11 Store. Police reported Ambrose was involved in an argument with the clerk over returning a previous purchase. When the clerk denied the return, police reported, Ambrose swore at the clerk and took to two tubs of almonds valued at $7. Ambrose was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER REARDON, 45, of 4 Oliver Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 7:56 a.m. an officer responded to Big Y for a larceny. Police reported Reardon stole three 30 packs of Coors Light and a 12 pack of soda valued at $77.06. Reardon was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SCOTT CAPALDO, 47, of 175 Berlin Ave., Southington, was charged Dec. 21 with possession of narcotics and driving under the influence.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 2:46 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Capaldo was operating under the influence of alcohol. Capaldo was also found to be in possession of 0.7 grams of crack cocaine, police reported. Capaldo was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

MARK DIXON, 26, of 35 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 21 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers responded to 35 Rough Wing Road for a domestic disturbance between girlfriend and boyfriend. During an argument, police reported, Jennifer James hit Dixon. Dixon then pushed James into a wall, police reported. Dixon was given a court date of Dec. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JENNIFER JAMES, 27, of 35 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 21 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers responded to 35 Rough Wing Road for a domestic disturbance between girlfriend and boyfriend. During an argument, police reported, Jennifer James hit Dixon. Dixon then pushed James into a wall, police reported. James was given a court date of Dec. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Dec. 21 at approximately 11:50 p.m. James was identified during a domestic disturbance. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined James was wanted on active arrest warrants. James was given a court date of Dec. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 cash bond.

CHARLES CARD, 41, of 38 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 22 with illegal sale of controlled substance.

Police reported on Dec. 22 at approximately 8:58 p.m. Card was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic violation reported on Nov. 21, 2015. Officers responded to 51 May St. for a medical complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Card provided prescription marijuana to a third party. Card was given a court date of Dec. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

TIMOTHY CARLSON, 57, of last known address 14 Barnum Court, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 22 with disorderly conduct and reckless burning.

Police reported on Dec. 22 at approximately 1:52 a.m. an officer observed Carlson standing in the westbound lane of Millville Avenue in such a manner as to impede traffic. Police reported Carlson was holding a lighter and towel which he was attempting to light. Carlson was given a court date of Dec. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

ERIKA DANGELO, 31, of 409 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 24 with driving under the influence, risk of injury to child and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Dec. 24 at approximately 11:32 p.m. officers responded to Hop Brook Golf Course for a suspicious vehicle complaint. Police reported Dangelo was arguing with her boyfriend in a vehicle while driving on Porter Avenue. Dangelo pulled onto the golf course where a male and a child exited the vehicle, police reported. Dangelo then drove further onto the golf course before turning around and exiting. Dangelo caused damage to the putting greens of the golf course, police reported. Dangelo was given a court date of Dec. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

JAVIER NAZARIO, 32, of 409 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 24 with failure to respond to a payable violation.

Police reported on Dec. 24 at approximately 11:32 p.m. officers responded to Hop Brook Golf Course for a suspicious vehicle complaint. During the investigation, police reported, Nazario was identified and found to be wanted on an active arrest warrant. Nazario was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $190 court-set cash bond.

COURTNEY MCDEVITT, 33, of 111 Mallane Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 27 with evading responsibility motor vehicle and driving under the influence.

Police reported on Dec. 27 at approximately 2:04 a.m. officers responded to the area of 313 Spring St. for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported McDevitt struck a sign and fire hydrant and ran from the scene. She was later found at her residence. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McDevitt was operating under the influence of alcohol. McDevitt was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

DAVID ROAIX, 44, of 869 May St., Naugatuck, was charded Dec. 27 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to child and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on Dec. 27 at approximately 7:44 p.m. officers responded to 869 May St. for a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, pulled a TV off of a stand and punched a hole in a door. Police reported Roaix also tackled a family member and took a phone out of a family member’s hand who was attempting to call the police. Roaix was given a court date of Dec. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
