Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Steven C. Lucisano, 22, of 6 Scott Road, Prospect, was charged Jan. 13 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 13 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused assaulted the victim and has been constantly harassing the victim. The accused was released on a $3,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Police reported on Jan. 13 the accused was arrested on another active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused damaged areas of the apartment and items in an apartment on or about Nov. 29, 2019. The accused was released on a $1,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Milton T. Riddick, 40, of 23 Harris Circle Apt. 2K, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 14 with engaging police in pursuit.

Police reported on Jan. 14 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused engaged officers in pursuit on or about Aug. 31, 2019, in the area of 500 South Main St. Police reported the accused was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, an invalid marker plate, no valid insurance, and traveling unreasonably fast. The accused was released on a $1,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Alexis Mangual, 33, of 37 Beacon St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 14 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 14 the accused was arrested on active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrants. The accused was held on surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Christopher Hicks, 23, of 69 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 14 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Jan. 14 at approximately 11:05 p.m. officers responded to an undisclosed area in Naugatuck for a possible assault that had taken place. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused was in violation of a protective order by being at the residence of the protected person. The accused was held on a $2,500 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Olivia Swain, 40, of 92 Birch Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 15 with third-degree assault of elderly victim or other.

Police reported on Jan. 15 the accused was served an active arrest warrant while in custody at Waterbury Superior Court. Police reported the warrant was for an incident where the accused assaulted an elderly person on or about Nov. 3, 2018. The accused was held to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Thomas Vincent Robinson, 23, of 149 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 15 with four counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 16 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused “tagged” multiple locations with spray paint. The accused was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 29.

Joseph Yurksaitis, 51, of 35 Johnson St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 15 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear arrest warrant. The accused was held on a $10,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 16.

Samantha Barbara Avila, 27, 121 Edson Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 15 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 15 at approximately 9:59 p.m. officers initiated a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 8 north at Exit 26. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, it was found that the accused was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police reported the accused also had three failure to appear warrants for failure to appear. The accused was released on surety bonds to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 29.

Christian Taylor Manouse, 24, of 8 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 16 with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and 13 counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 16 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused stole merchandise from Walmart and was not allowed on the property due to a no trespass. The accused was held on a $2,500 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 16.

Jonathan Vincenzo Subh-Marcano, 23, of 380 Hitchcock Road Apt. 206, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 16 with failure to respond to infraction, three counts of first-degree failure to appear and four counts of violation of protective order.

Police reported on Jan. 16 the accused was arrested on active failure to appear warrants, an active failure to respond to an infraction warrant, and warrants out of this town due to the accused violating a protective order that is in place. The accused was held on surety bonds to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 17.
