Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Aaron Krasnow, 38, of 63 Nixon Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 11 with risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Dec. 11 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused failed to protect a child from harm. The accused was held on a $10,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 11.

Jeffrey Guglielmo, 53, of 98 West Broad St. Apt. 16, Stonington, was charged Dec. 11 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 11 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Octavia Jones, 35, of 376 Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 11 with third-degree assault.

Police reported on Dec. 11 at approximately 8:52 p.m. officers responded to a residence on a report of a domestic dispute. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused punched the victim in the face several times. The accused was arrested and released on a $500 non-surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Suzanne Krasnow, 34, of 63 Nixon Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 12 with risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Dec. 12 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused failed to protect a child from harm. The accused was released on a $10,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

Taylor Hubball, 23, of 100 Bartholemew Road, Goshen, was charged Dec. 12 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 12 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Briana Morales, 18, of 188 Springbrook Road, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 13 with interfering with an officer/resisting and criminal impersonation.

Police reported on Dec. 13 at approximately 10 p.m. officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of 573 North Main St. Police reported it was determined that the two people in the vehicle had a no contact protective order in place. Police reported the accused continued to not give her true identity to police. The accused was released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 16.

Christopher Allen Carter, 26, of 127 Perkins Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 13 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Dec. 13 at approximately 10 p.m. officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of 573 North Main St. Police reported it was determined that the two people in the vehicle had a no contact protective order in place where the accused was not allowed to be around the victim. The accused was arrested released on a $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 16.

Tamara Dailey, 42, of 13 Ridge Road Unit 6, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 14 at approximately 12:04 p.m. officers responded to a residence on a report of a domestic dispute. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated. The accused was released on a $500 non-surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 16.

Rachel H. Seavey, 29, of 63 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 14 with risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Dec. 14 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from the accused leaving a child without supervision at a residence. The accused was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Phillip Christopher Reid, 37, of 166 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 15 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and reckless driving.

Police reported on Dec. 15 at approximately 1:30 a.m. officers responded to the Riddles Cafe in the area of 419 North Main St. for a report of motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, officers located the described vehicle had struck vehicles in a parking lot. Police reported officers determined that the accused had a suspended license and was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while recklessly operating a motor vehicle. The accused was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Sevie Pearson, 49, of 370 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 15 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 23.

Brian Edward Costello, 35, of 48 Emma St., Seymour, was charged Dec. 15 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Dec. 15 the accused was arrested on a probation violation. The accused was released on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear at Derby Superior Court on Jan. 2.

William Muhammad, 54, of 32 Hilltop Road, New Haven, was charged Dec. 3 with assault of public safety or emergency medical personnel, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree strangulation.

Crystal Cavallero, 28, of 39 Elam St. Apt. 3, New Britain, was charged Dec. 6 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Jeffrey Lewis Adams, 63, of 166 Pulaski Highway Apt. 5, Ansonia, was charged Dec. 11 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
