Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Guy D. Fletcher, 35, of 23 High St., Troy, N.H., was charged Nov. 11 with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Nov. 11 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a serious domestic incident that was reported to the Naugatuck Police Department on Aug. 11, 2019. The accused was released on a $10,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Jesse Pierre Boucher, 29, of 185 South Washington St., Plainville, was charged Nov. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 11 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from a domestic incident that was reported to the Naugatuck Police Department on Oct. 25, 2019. The accused was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Kellie Anne Donovan, 31, of 41 Woodland St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 12 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 12 the accused was arrested on active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrants. The accused was held on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Alexis Sanchez, 35, of 16 Stonefield Drive Apt. 5, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 12 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 12 the accused was arrested on active arrest warrants. Police reported one warrant was from larceny incident where the accused conspired with another to concealed merchandise from Stop and Shop Supermarket, 727 Rubber Ave. This incident was reported to the Naugatuck Police Department on Oct. 6, 2019. Police reported one warrant was from a larceny incident where the accused concealed merchandise and exited Stop and Shop Supermarket, 727 Rubber Ave. This incident was reported to the Naugatuck Police Department on Oct. 22, 2019. The accused was released on a promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 20.

John Ramirez Martinez, 35, of 214 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 13 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 4:19 p.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of Salem Street. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, the accused was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while failing to drive upon the right. The accused was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Rolando Baerga, 33, of 102 Spring St. Apt. 2, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on Nov. 14 at approximately 6:49 a.m. officers responded to a residence on a report of a domestic dispute. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated. Police reported the accused was in violation of a standing protective order by being at the residence and by threatening the victim. The accused was released on a $5,000 surety bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 14.

Heather Huntley, 32, of 102 Spring St. Apt. 2A, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a $150 cash bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.

Todd A. Skeens, 24, of 177 Prindle Ave., Ansonia, was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was held on a $25,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 15.

Anthony Pittaluga, 32, of 113 Trowbridge Place, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on a probation violation. The accused was released on a promise to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Kayla Martelli, 30, of 60 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on a probation violation and on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was released on a bond and is scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.

Jonathan Ulysses Miller, 35, of 576 Union Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on probation violations. The accused was held on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 15.

Micheal Durkin, 30, of 36 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 14 the accused was arrested on probation violations. The accused was held on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 15.

Diane L. Teixeira, 62, of 22 Arch St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 15 with evading responsibility-injury/property damage.

Police reported on Nov. 15 at approximately 12:30 p.m. officers were dispatched to Old Firehouse Road at Maple Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, it was shown that the accused hit the other vehicle and left the scene of the accident and fled to her residence. Police reported the officer found damage on the accused vehicle that was consistent with the damage to the other vehicle. The accused was released on a promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Felicity Rochelle Harrington, 29, of 10 Clay St. Apt. F, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 15 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 15 officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road, on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Police reported loss prevention advised that they observed the accused illegally conceal $154.79 worth of merchandise and exit the store without paying for items. The accused was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.

Michael Gregory Timmons, 41, of 40 Ellis Ave., West Bridgewater, Mass., was charged Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct and Nov. 16 with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Police reported on Nov. 15 at approximately 10 p.m. officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused held the victim down on the bed with force and kicked down a door. The accused was released on a $25,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 18.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at approximately 5:30 a.m. officers responded to a report of a violation of a standing conditions of release. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that the accused was at the victim’s residence and sent text messages to the victim after being released from the Naugatuck Police Department just a few hours prior to this incident. The accused was held on a $25,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 18.

Marissa Marie McNulty, 25, of 129 Beacon Manor, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 16 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at approximately 2:14 a.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of New Haven Road and Beacon Valley Road. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, the accused was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The accused was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.

David Lucisano, 26, of 6 Scott Road, Prospect, was charged Nov. 16 with criminal impersonation, possession of controlled substance or more than half ounce of cannabis and second-degree breach of peace.

Police reported on Nov. 16 at 6:04 a.m. the accused responded to the Naugatuck Police Department to pick up an intoxicated person who had been arrested. Upon his arrival, police reported, the accused was asked for his identification. Police reported the accused stated he didn’t have any and gave his brother’s name, which was confirmed through previous dealings not to be the accused name. The accused was taken into custody and upon further investigation by officers was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Police reported the accused was also arrested on an active arrest warrant. Police reported the warrant was from an incident where the accused was involved in a physical altercation with the victim in which he punched the victim in the face. The accused was released on bond to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.

James Skaarva, 60, of 1070 Amity Road Lot52, Bethany, was charged Nov. 16 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 16 the accused was arrested on an active failure to appear (PRAWN) arrest warrant. The accused was on a $15,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 18.

John O’Shea Sr., 40, of 23 Salem St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 17 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 17 the accused was arrested on a probation violation. The accused was released on a promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 27.
