Naugatuck police recently filed the following charges:

Myasia Doneisha McDowell, 28, of 35 Pearl Lake Road, Waterbury, was charged Dec. 12 with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 3:22 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for larceny complaint. Police reported McDowell stole merchandise. McDowell was given a court date of Dec. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Kiara Steeley, 19, of 624 Washington Ave., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 12 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 6:31 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for larceny complaint. Police reported Steeley stole merchandise. Steeley was given a court date of Dec. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Brianna Abbiola Ross, 19, of 3313 Tinkers Branch Way, Fort Washington, Md., was charged Dec. 12 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 8:55 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Ross stole merchandise from the store. Ross was given a court date of Dec. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Angel Devasia Bacon, 19, of 321 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, Pa., was charged Dec. 12 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 8:55 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Bacon stole merchandise from the store. Bacon was given a court date of Dec. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Dylan J. Kader, 27, of 99 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 13 with possession of controlled substance, interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 2:22 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During the investigation, police reported, Kader was uncooperative with the officers. When the officers entered the home, police reported, they found narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Kader was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Melissa Dean, 23, of 99 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 12 at approximately 2:22 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Dean threw items in the home damaging walls. Dean was given a court date of Dec. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Devonte Perez-Quiles, 24, of 76 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 13 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Dec. 13 Perez-Quiles was arrested on an active failure to respond arrest warrant. Perez-Quiles was released on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Melissa A. Regnery, 46, of 73 Bethany Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Dec. 13 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 13 Regnery was arrested on an active failure to appear arrest warrant. Regnery was released on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Mark James Triplet, 35, of 52 West Donegal St., Mount Joy, Pa., was charged Dec. 13 with second-degree threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree breach of peace.

Police reported on Dec. 13 at approximately 10:10 p.m. officers responded to the Comfort Inn on New Haven Road for a disturbance. Police reported Triplet confronted the victim in the hallway of the hotel. Police reported Triplet yelled at the victim for making too much noise and waking him up, and was displaying a knife at the time of the confrontation. Triplet was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear at Waterbury
Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Devonte West, 25, was charged Dec. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 14 at approximately 9 a.m. West was arrested on an active arrest warrant. West was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

Miosotti Rodriguez, 40, of 66 Wood St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 14 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on Dec. 14 officers were dispatched to Walmart located at 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Rodriguez conceal items totaling over $244.08 and exit the store without paying for items, police reported. Rodriguez was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Sugerlly Esmeralda Quinones, 33, of 47 Farms St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 14 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on Dec. 14 officers were dispatched to Walmart located at 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Quinones conceal items totaling over $244.08 and exit the store without paying for items, police reported. Quinones was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Michael Angelo Pereira, 24, of 66 Wood St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 14 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Loss prevention advised that they observed Pereira conceal items totaling over $244.08 and exit the store without paying for items, police reported. Pereira was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Jose A. Pacheco, 39, of 20 South St., Waterbury, was charged Dec. 14 with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Dec. 14 Pacheco was arrested on active failure to appear arrest warrants. Pacheco was released on surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Madyson Lou Borrero, 18, of 26 Third Ave., Seymour, was charged Dec. 14 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on Dec. 14 officers were dispatched to Walmart located at 1100 New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Borrero conceal items totaling under $250 and exit the store without paying for items, police reported. Borrero was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Lance D. Heidorn, 50, of 12 Bob White Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 15 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 15 officers were dispatched to Big Y Supermarket at 85 Bridge St. on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Heidorn conceal items totaling over $70 and exit the store without paying for items, police reported. Heidorn was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Donald Steven Costa, 22, of 28 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 16 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree violation conditions of release and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Dec. 16 officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During the incident, police reported, both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Costa choked and struck the victim. Costa was released on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 17.

Jeffrey Montini, 40, of 47 Tracy Ann Court, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 16 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 16 at approximately 6:06 p.m. officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Police reported it was discovered through the investigation that Montini became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, Montini struck the victim several times. Montini was released on a promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 17.

Michael Kalinin, 18, of 29 Cardinal Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 16 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 16 officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During the incident, police reported, both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Kalinin struck the victim. Kalinin was held on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 17.

Dmitry Kalinin, 29, of 29 Cardinal Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 16 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 16 officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During the incident, police reported, both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical when Kalinin struck the victim. Kalinin was held on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 17.

Raymond Grullon, 33, of 232 Main St., Ansonia, was charged Dec. 18 with first-degree larceny and evading responsibility-serious physical injury.

Police reported on Dec. 18 at approximately 12:47 p.m. Grullon was arrested on an active outstanding arrest warrant for an accident investigation that was reported on Oct. 6, 2017. Police reported Grullon struck a vehicle on Prospect Street and fled the scene. Based on the investigation, police reported, it was found that Grullon was operating a stolen motor vehicle. Grullon was held on a $130,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 19.
