The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests: 

Superior court dispositions are available at rep-am.com. 

Devin Meyer, 26, of 37 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged May 21 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 21 at approximately 9:25 p.m. Meyer was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Meyer was given a court date of May 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Todd Brennan, 32, of 75 Cutler St., Watertown, was charged May 21 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 21 at approximately 1:12 p.m. Brennan turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Brennan was given a court date of May 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Hensley Johnson, 57, of 571 Connecticut Ave., Bridgeport, was charged May 21 with performing craftsman work without a license, violation of state building code and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on May 21 at approximately 12 p.m. Johnson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for renovations done on the victim’s home that were unsafe and not in compliance with building codes, police reported. Johnson was hired to renovate the victim’s home. Police reported Johnson completed electrical and plumbing work without a license. Johnson was given a court date of May 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set promise to appear.

Robert J. Rogers III, 34, was charged May 21 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on May 21 Rogers was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Rogers was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Juan Rodriguez, 35, of 36 Brooklawn Ave., Bridgeport, was charged May 21 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on May 21 at approximately 12 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cherry Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rodriguez had no contact protective orders with the female passenger of the vehicle. Rodriguez was given a court date of May 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Brandon Bennett, 42, of 96 Grove St., Meriden, was charged May 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 22 at approximately 9:40 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Golden Court. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bennett was operating under the influence. Bennett was given a court date of May 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Kherissa Blackstarr March, 26, of 184 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 23 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on May 23 at approximately 6:41 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported March stole $161.45 worth of merchandise. March was given a court date of June 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Michelle L. Nunez, 43, of 33 Lewis Circle, Naugatuck, was charged May 23 with violation of probation.

The report is not completed. Nunez was given a court date of June 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Kristi Elizabeth Atchison, 21, of 59 Central Ave., was charged May 25 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on May 25 officers were dispatched to Ocean State Job on Rubber Avenue on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Atchison subject conceal items and exit the store without paying for them, police reported. Atchison was released on promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 25.

Alia Carpentier, 19, of 197 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged May 25 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Police reported on May 25 officers were dispatched to Ocean State Job on Rubber Avenue on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Carpentier subject conceal items and exit the store without paying for them, police reported. Atchison was released on promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 6.

Robert R. Baldino, 58, of 381 Union City Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 27 officers responded to a walk-in complaint of a previous domestic dispute that took place a short time prior. The disturbance took place between family members at their residence. Police reported the victim advised that she had become involved in a verbal dispute with the offender that became physical when the offender struck the victim’s face. Baldino was interviewed and subsequently arrested. He was booked and released on bond and provided with a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on May 29.

Brandon West, 20, of 139 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged May 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on May 27 officers responded to 139 Lewis Street on a complaint of a domestic dispute. The disturbance took place between two residents of the home. Police reported the female victim advised that she had become involved in a verbal dispute with the male offender that became physical when the offender struck the victim. West was interviewed and subsequently arrested. He was released on bond and provided with a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on May 29.

Trevor Davis, 20, of 11 Phoenix Ave., Apt. 2, Naugatuck, was charged May 28 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 28 at approximately 2:33 a.m. officers responded to the area of 217 May St. on a report of a single-car collision with a utility pole. During the investigation, police reported, officers determined the operator of the vehicle was intoxicated. Davis was arrested and released on bond. Davis was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on June 7.
