The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Christina Fox, 45, of 139 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with violation of probation.

Police reported on April 23 at approximately 6:47 p.m. Fox was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Fox was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

Eroll Hodza, 30, of 12 Corn Tassle Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 23 at approximately 8:52 p.m. officers responded Rubber Avenue for a disturbance complaint. Police reported Hodza was arguing with the victim in the parking lot of her residence. During the argument, police reported, Hodza threatened to harm the victim and was antagonizing her to fight him. Hodza was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Landon Holroyd, 21, of 925 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with third-degree criminal trespass, risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 23 at approximately 9:40 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Holroyd entered the home without permission and engaged the victim in an argument. There was a child present during the altercation, police reported. Holroyd was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Stephen Fenn, 33, of 25 Curtis Hill Road, Morris, was charged April 24 with third-degree criminal mischief and violation of state demolition.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 6:48 p.m. Fenn was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a criminal mischief complaint made on Sept. 12, 2017. Police reported Fenn demolished two buildings on Gorman Street without a demolition permit. During the demolition, police reported, Fenn damaged Borough property consisting of a newly paved road and concrete sidewalk. Fenn was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Victor Roman, 36, of 557 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 24 with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 3 p.m. Roman turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for domestic disturbance reported on April 14, 2018 between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Roman grabbed the victim’s cell phone and broke it by throwing it against a wall. Roman was given a court date of April 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set promise to appear.

Destiny Ramos, 22, of 45 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 24 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 10:31 a.m. Ramos turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Ramos was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 cash bond.

Irena Janik, 37, of 31 Pine St., Waterbury, was charged April 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 12:37 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Janik stole merchandise from the store. She was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Kelly Baldino, 37, of 8 Pond St., Naugatuck, was charged April 25 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to child and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on April 25 at approximately 8:33 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Baldino threw a bottle at the victim. When the victim attempted to call the police, police reported, Baldino grabbed the phone from the victim to prevent him from making the call. There was a child present during the altercation, police reported. Baldino was given a court date of April 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until her court date.

Patricia Santamaria, 48, of 80 Manners Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 25 with possession of narcotic.

Police reported on April 25 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Santamaria was arrested on the above listed charge. Santamaria was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

John Fruin, 45, of 167 High St., Naugatuck, was charged April 25 with possession of narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on April 25 at approximately 7 p.m. officers were assisting adult probation with a probationary check of the Fruin’s home. During the check, police reported, Fruin was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Fruin was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Ricardel Pierre-Charles, 25, of 288 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with violation of probation/conditional discharge

Police reported on April 27 Pierre-Charles was arrested on a probation violation. Pierre-Charles was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on April 27.

Jorge Melendez, 32, of 249 Wood St., Waterbury, was charged April 28 with violation probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 1:41 a.m. an officer responded to a suspicious motor vehicle complaint on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, Melendez was identified, in the vehicle, and found to be wanted on an active arrest warrant. Melendez was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set promise to appear.

Casey Patchkofsky, 22, of 111 Mallane Lane, Naugatuck, was charged April 28 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 2:17 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between girlfriends. During an argument, police reported, Patchkofsky struck the victim in the face causing injury to the victim’s nose and mouth. Patchkofsky was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Elena Melendez, 30, of 83 Orange St., Waterbury, was charged April 28 with possession of narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 5:42 a.m. officers responded to a suspicious person on New Haven Road. Police reported Melendez was located walking with a male party. During the investigation, police reported, Melendez was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe. Melendez was given a court date of May 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Scott Fischer, 33, of 48 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child and third-degree assault.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 5:05 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Fischer pushed the victim and damaged her phone. There were children present during the altercation, police reported. Fischer was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Papy Muhirwa-Kojan, 36, of 54 City Hill St. 2fl, Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child and third-degree assault.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 10:03 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Muhirwa-Kojan struck the victim in her shoulder. Muhirwa-Kojan was given a court date of April 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Marc Schaufler, 51, of 164 Willow Spgs., New Milford, was charged April 30 with sixth-degree larceny and reckless driving.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 6:46 a.m. Schaufler was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on March 6, 2018 at Cumberland Farms. Police reported Schaufler stole merchandise from the store. When he was confronted by an employee, police reported, Schaufler dropped the merchandise and left the store. The employee followed the accused out of the store. The employee was standing in the parking lot when Schaufler backed his vehicle up and struck the employee, police reported. Schaufler then drove out of the parking lot. The employee did not report any injuries. Schaufler was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until his court date.

Ciro A. Gallignano, 31, of 45 Maple St., Kent, was charged April 30 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 10:26 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Gallignano stole $90.02 worth of Bic lighters. Gallignano was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Derrick Burleski, 25, of 45 Maple St., Kent, was charged April 30 with conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 10:26 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Burleski stole $90.02 worth of Bic lighters. Burleski was given a court date of May 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
