The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Joseph Reilly, 47, of 92 Northwood Drive, Middlebury, was charged April 2 with willfully performing craftsman work without a license, violation of state building code and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on April 2 at approximately 4:51 p.m. Reilly was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a trade license. Police reported Reilly removed and installed a furnace at the victim’s residence. The furnace was not properly installed, and during the investigation it was determined Reilly did not have the proper trade license to conduct the work, police reported. Reilly was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Stan Ruselowski, 66, of 22 Rimmondale Road, Seymour, was charged April 2 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 2 at approximately 9:29 p.m. officers responded to McDonalds New Haven Road for an intoxicated male. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ruselowski was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ruselowski was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Abilio Santos, 52, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 3 with threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 3 at approximately 3:57 p.m. an officer investigated a harassing phone call complaint. Police reported Santos threatened to harm the victim during a phone conversation. The victim is known to Santos. Santos was given a court date of April 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Padro Ramon, 37, of 857 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 5 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 6:43 a.m. Ramon turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Ramon was given a court date of April 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

Nicole Queiros, 21, of 87 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged April 5 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 4:48 p.m. Queiros turned themselves in on an active arrest warrant. Queiros was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Eduardo Hernandez, 40, of 65 Ross St., Waterbury, was charged April 5 with breach of peace.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 5:30 p.m. an officer responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Hernandez arrived at a local gym where the victim was seated in her vehicle. Police reported Hernandez approached the victim and banged on the car window with his hands. Police reported Hernandez left the area after the incident. Hernandez was given a court date of April 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Jhovanny Sanchez, 30, of 38 Cherry St. 2nd, Naugatuck, was charged April 5 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 9:04 p.m. officers responded to an assault. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Sanchez violated an active protective order. Sanchez was given a court date of April 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Brian Small, 40, of 81 Collis St., West Haven, was charged April 6 with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and conspiracy at third-degree forgery.

Police reported on April 6 Small was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint. Police reported Small fraudulently cashed checks out of the victim’s business account. Small was given a court date of April 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Zoe Noel, 18, of 117 Curtis St., Naugatuck, was charged April 6 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 12:37 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument, police reported, Noel threw items around the home. Police reported Noel argued with officers and pushed one of the officers on scene. Noel was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Armando Goncalves, 55, of 46 Perritt Drive, Thomaston, was charged April 6 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 7:09 p.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Goncalves was operating under the influence of alcohol. Goncalves was given a court date of April 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jennifer Nagle, 47, of 326 Lakeshore Drive, Middlebury, was charge April 6 with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 9:32 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Nagle with a female accomplice stole $124.38 worth of merchandise. During the investigation, police reported, Nagle was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Nagle was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Jennifer Montalto, 43, of 326 Lakeshore Drive, Middlebury, was charge April 6 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 9:32 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Montalto with a female accomplice stole $124.38 worth of merchandise. Montalto was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

James Fox, 23, of 23 Allan Lane, Mount Kisko, was charged April 7 with interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 12:25 a.m. officers were on the sidewalk of Church Street when they observed a confrontation in front of a local bar. Police reported Fox was engaging a patron of the establishment in an argument. When the officer intervened, police reported, Fox became aggressive towards the officer. While being processed, police reported, Fox threw a shoe at the officer. Fox was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Demos Grivas, 31, of 11 Aetna Place, Naugatuck, was charged April 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 7:31 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. Police reported they were involved in a disturbance outside their home. Grivas was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Victoria Cerullo, 28, of 11 Aetna Place, Naugatuck, was charged April 7 with breach of peace.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 7:31 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. Police reported they were involved in a disturbance outside their home. Cerullo was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Megan Bernacki, 26, of 26 Preston Terrace, Waterbury, was charged April 8 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 1:13 p.m. Bernacki was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Dec. 30, 2017. Police reported Bernacki stole $70 worth of gift cards from the victim. Police reported Bernacki is known to the victim. Bernacki was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Shannon Hannon, 22, of 8 Brothers Court, Seymour, was charged April 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 7:15 p.m. Hannon was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on March 3, 2018. During an argument, police reported, Hannon hit the victim. Hannon was given a court date of April 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Scott Roland, 31, of 18 Meadow Court, Naugatuck, was charged April 8 with third-degree assault.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 12:37 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During argument, police reported, Roland grabbed the victim. Roland was given a court date April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Joao Rodrigues, 59, of 42 Heritage Drive, Prospect, was charged April 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 1:13 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Waterbury Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rodrigues was operating under the influence of alcohol. Rodrigues was given a court date of April 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
