The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Michael Dasilva, 29, of 190 Maple St., Naugatuck, was charged March 13 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 1:10 a.m. an officer responded to a one-car accident on School Street. Police reported Dasilva struck a utility pole, and no injuries were reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dasilva was operating under the influence of alcohol. Dasilva was given a court date of March 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

William Eliason, 27, of 44 Dawson Ave., West Haven, was charged march 13 with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal trespass and manufacturing or possession of burglar’s tools.

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 8:55 p.m. Eliason was arrested on the above listed charges. The report was not completed at the time the charges were released.

Drew Larowe, 28, of 105 Sunnyside Ave, Waterbury, was charged March 13 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 9:14 p.m. Larowe was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Larowe was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Julio Gonzalez, 29, of 41 Delaware Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 14 with third-degree robbery, three counts of fifth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 10:30 p.m. Gonzalez was arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a robbery reported on Aug. 21, 2017. Police reported Gonzalez entered the T-Mobile Store and requested to look at a cell phone. Police reported Gonzalez walked behind the counter and took the phone. A store employee tried to stop Gonzalez, who pushed the victim to the floor, police reported. One warrant was for a larceny reported on Aug. 7, 2017. Police reported Gonzalez entered the Xtreme Computer and requested to look at a cell phone. Police reported Gonzalez took the phone and ran from the store. One warrant was for a larceny reported on Aug. 16, 2017. Police reported Gonzalez entered the Verizon store and requested to look at a cell phone. Police reported Gonzalez took the phone and ran from the store. Police reported Gonzalez was also arrested on active arrest warrants for violation of probation/conditional discharge. Gonzalez was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

Stephany Ryba, 27, of 632 Main St., Torrington, was charged March 14 with criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 8:17 p.m. Ryba was arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a larceny complaint reported on March 2, 2018 at Walmart. Police reported Ryba stole $116.88 worth of merchandise. Police reported Ryba used a false name when she was arrested by the officer. Ryba was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

Trisha Evanowski, 27, of 64 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged March 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 12:53 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Evanowski threw items around the home. Police reported Evanowski hit the victim’s vehicle with a broom stick causing a dent. Evanowski was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Travis Waldo, 37, of 35 General Patton Drive, Naugatuck, was charged march 14 with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 5:02 p.m. Waldo was arrested on active arrest warrants. Waldo was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.

Chris Roche, 24, of 40 Manhan St., Waterbury, was charged March 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 5:57 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Roche was arrested on the above listed charges. The report was not completed at the time the charge was released. Roche was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

George Collazo Jr., 19, of 168 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged March 15 with illegal possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 11:04 pm a motor vehicle investigation was conducted on South Main Street near Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, Collazo was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics/controlled substances. Collazo was released on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on March 28.

Chelsea Bayer, 22, of 126 Granby St., Waterbury, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 12:45 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bayer was operating under the influence. Bayer was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jennifer Boucher, 44, of 151 Elm St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 12:58 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Boucher stabbed the victim in the chest. The victim sustained a small, non-life threatening laceration, police reported. Boucher was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Tasha Tellado, 21, of 25 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 2:31 a.m. officers responded to an intoxicated driver in the drive thru of McDonalds. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Tellado was operating under the influence of alcohol. Tellado was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Jason Rivera, 23, of 975 Meriden Road, Waterbury, was charged March 17 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 3:30 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Rivera threw couch cushions, flipped over a coffee table and punched a hole in a wall. Rivera was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Wendy Bigert, 54, of 54 Margaret Circle, Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence and evading responsibly motor vehicle.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 7:47 a.m. officers responded to an evading motor vehicle accident on New Haven Road. Police reported Bigert struck a post in the drive-thru of Dunkin Donuts and left the area. Police reported Bigert was located at her residence. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the accused was operating under the influence of alcohol. Bigert was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Michael Roman, 23, of 23 Illinois Ave., Bristol, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 5:44 p.m. officers responded to North Church Street for an erratic driver. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Roman was operating under the influence of alcohol. Roman was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Christopher Squires, 39, of 105 John St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 6:08 p.m. officers responded to Bank of America on Church Street for a male sleeping in a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Squires was operating under the influence. Squires was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Reynaldo Ramos, 56, of 461 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence and possession of narcotic.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 8:33 p.m. officers responded to Spring Street for a male sleeping in a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ramos was operating under the influence. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ramos was in possession of a narcotic. Ramos was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Mary Harris, 51, of 108 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged March 18 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 18 at approximately 6:20 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Hillside Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Harris was operating under the influence of alcohol. Harris was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
