The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

William Avery, 36, of 2 Brighton Road, Prospect, was charged March 4 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on March 4 at approximately 11:36 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Avery stole $206.26 worth of Alieve, Dayquil and Tylenol. Police reported Avery was previously banned from the store for a past larceny. He was given a court date of March 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Maxwell Bauscher, 30, of 55 Brittany Farms Road, New Britain, was charged March 5 with second-degree harassment and threatening.

Police reported on March 5 at approximately 12:45 p.m. Bauscher was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint reported on March 4, 2018. Police reported Bauscher contacted the victim, who is known to him, and made threats. Bauscher was given a court date of March 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

Brandon Fitzgerald, 22, of 159 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged March 5 with third-degree assault, breach of peace, interfering with an officer and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 5 at approximately 7:23 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Fitzgerald struck and pushed the victim. The victim had minor injuries, police reported. Police reported Fitzgerald was also arrested on active arrest warrants. Fitzgerald was given a court date of March 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Laris Lopez, 28, of 65 Platt St., Ansonia, was charged March 5 with second-degree false statement and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on March 5 at approximately 9:31 p.m. Lopez was arrested on the above listed charges. The report was not completed. Lopez was given a court date of March 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

Jacob Molnar, 21, of 231 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged March 6 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 7:34 a.m. Molnar turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Molnar was given a court date of March 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 court-set surety bond.

Jonathan Larson, 48, of 610 Ives Row, Cheshire, was charged March 6 with possession of narcotics.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 7:32 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, Larson was found to be in possession of narcotics. Larson was given a court date of March 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Lina Vanepps, 49, of 28 Beacon Wood Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on March 6 at approximately 11:16 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between roommates. Police reported Vanepps was intoxicated and belligerent towards the victim. During the investigation, police reported, Vanepps continued to yell at the officers on scene, interfering with their investigation. Vanepps was given a court date of March 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Matthew Solberg, 29, of 542 High St., Naugatuck, was charged March 7 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on March 7 at approximately 12:05 a.m. Solberg was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Solberg was given a court date of March 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $92 cash bond.

Jose Guardiano, 20, of 31 Jason Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 7 with weapons in vehicles and driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 7 at approximately 3:45 a.m. an officer responded to Cross Point Plaza for a suspicious motor vehicle. Police reported Guardiano was found asleep in the vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Guardiano was operating under the influence. During the investigation, police reported, Guardiano was found to be in possession of brass knuckles and a BB gun. Guardiano was given a court date of March 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

Joevany Vicente, 32, of 52 York St., Waterbury, was charged March 7 with insurance insufficient.

Police reported on March 7 at approximately 12:20 p.m. Vicente was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation on March 1 on Spring Street. Police reported the operator refused to stop and the investigation determined Vicente did not have sufficient motor vehicle insurance. Vicente was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Denise Bolanos, 43, of 44 Tudor Lane, Naugatuck, was charged with possession of crack-cocaine.

Police reported Bolanos was arrested on the above listed charges, however the arrest report was not yet available regarding this arrest.

Carissa Hensley, 19, of 55 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 8 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on March 8 Hensley was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from an incident that was reported to Naugatuck police on Feb. 19, 2018. Hensley was released on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 21.

Joseph Lugo-Vazquez, 38, of 10 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 8 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 8 Lugo-Vazquez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was from an incident that was reported to Naugatuck police on Feb. 24, 2018. Lugo-Vazquez was processed and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

Omaree Alamo, 22, of 80 Overlook Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 8 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 8 at approximately 9:12 a.m. Alamo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Alamo was given a court date of March 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Erik O’Rourke, 28, of 121 John St., Naugatuck, was charged March 10 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 4:03 a.m. officers responded to a suspicious motor vehicle complaint on Union city Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined O’Rourke was operating under the influence of alcohol. O’Rourke was given a court date of March 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Manuel Morocho, 38, of 46 Carriage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 10 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 6:34 p.m. officers responded to an evading motor vehicle accident on High Street. Police reported Morocho struck the victim’s vehicle and drove away from the scene. Police reported Morocho was located and it was determined he was operating under the influence of alcohol. Morocho was given a court date of March 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
