The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Scott Routhier, 46, of 379 Perkins Ave. #10, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 11 with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 11:39 p.m. officers responded to McDonalds on New Haven Road for a suspicious motor vehicle complaint. Upon the officers’ arrival, police reported, they located the vehicle in the drive thru with Routhier sleeping in the driver’s seat. During the investigation, police reported, officers found a digital scale, smoking pipe and crack cocaine in the Routhier’s vehicle. Routhier was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
Richard Ashe III, 28, of 86 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 4:06 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Ashe stole $83.84 worth of Red Bull. Ashe was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
Marina Goff, 27, of 397 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 7:17 p.m. Goff turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Goff was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Bridgeport Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.
Amanda Marie Jakubczyk, 30, of 78 Svea Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 13 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 13 at approximately 4:51 a.m. Jakubczyk was arrested an active arrest warrants. Jakubczyk was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.
Chaz Nealy, 30, of 39 Lampson St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 13 with credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, fraudulent use of automated teller machine and attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Feb. 13 at approximately 12:49 a.m. Nealy was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a stolen debit card reported on Feb. 23, 2017. Police reported Nealy made several unauthorized transactions using the victim’s stolen card. Nealy was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
Elton Andrade Pina, 23, of 329 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 13 with illegal possession of marijuana.
The arrest report was not yet available regarding this arrest.
Margaret Mayer, 23, of 108 Weekeepeemee Road, Bethlehem, was charged Feb. 14 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 14 at approximately 6:14 a.m. Mayer was arrested an active arrest warrants. Mayer was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.
Robin Dyer, 18, of 669 High St., second floor, was charged Feb. 14 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Feb. 14 at approximately 9:32 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Dyer pushed the victim. Dyer was given a court date of Feb. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Jodie Girgasky, 50, of 172 Beach St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 14 with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police reported on Feb. 14 at approximately 7:41 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Girgasky stole $50 worth of merchandise. Police reported Girgasky was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Girgasky was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.
Joy Winterhalder, 58, of 28 Calvin St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Winterhalder was arrested on an active arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on Dec. 23, 2017. During that incident, police reported, Winterhalder became involved in an argument with the victim who is a relative. During the argument the incident escalated and became physical, police reported. Winterhalder released and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 16.
Meghan Winterhalder, 31, of 7 Beach Road, Wolcott, was charged Feb. 15 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Winterhalder was arrested on an active arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on Dec. 23, 2017. During that incident, police reported, Winterhalder became involved in an argument with the victim who is a relative. During the argument the incident escalated and became physical, police reported. Winterhalder released and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 16.
Melyssa L. Blake, 23, of 117 Ward St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with violation of protective order.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Blake was arrested on an active arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on Jan. 27, 2018. The investigation revealed that Blake was in violation of a standing protective order during the domestic incident, police reported. Blake was released on bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 28.
Carlos Infante, 23, of 154 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Infante was arrested an active arrest warrants. Infante was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
Charles Wright, 38, of 139 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Wright was arrested on a violation of probation. Wright was held on a $20,000 bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 16.
Amy Yarrington, 36, of65 Nancy Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 15 Yarrington was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Yarrington was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
John O’Shea, 18, of 23 Salem St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 16 with illegal sexual contact.
Police reported on Feb. 16 police served and active arrest warrant on O’Shea stemming from an incident which was reported to the Naugatuck Police on Oct. 4, 2017 in which the suspect was accused of having a sexual relationship with the female juvenile victim. An investigation revealed that the suspect was in fact involved in a sexual relationship with a female juvenile victim under the age of 16, police reported. O’Shea was given a court date of Feb. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
Troy Jackson, 37, of 65 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 16 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 16 at approximately 11:46 p.m. Jackson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Jackson was given a court date of Feb. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
Camerin Crowal, 26, of 36 Gina St., Bristol, was charged Feb. 17 with with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 1:57 a.m. Crowal was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Crowal was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
Analia Mtume, 36, of 12 Tudor Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 1:31 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Mtume pushed the victim causing him to fall to the floor. Mtume was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Justin Scanlon, 22, of 192 Kaynor Drive, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 18 with violation of protective order.
Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 4:22 p.m. Scanlon turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation on of a protective order reported on Jan. 27, 2018. Police reported Scanlon was involved in a domestic disturbance with the victim. The altercation was in violation of an active protective order, police reported. Scanlon was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
Michael Best, 54, of 132 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 7:55 a.m. Best turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Feb. 13, 2018 between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, the accused broke the victim’s laptop computer. Best was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court set promise to appear.
