The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Sabrina Kaminska, 21, of 507 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 21 at approximately 4:32 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Kaminska stole $39.85 worth of merchandise. Kaminska was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Cherleydson Alves, 33, of 195 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with possession of controlled substance, illegal sale of controlled substance and cultivation of marijuana.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 10:01 p.m. Alves was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic violation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the marijuana plants found in the vehicle belonged to Alves Alves was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 court-set surety bond.

Robert Tonini, 45, of 98 Osborne Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 5:28 p.m. Tonini was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Dec. 11, 2017 at Walmart. Police reported Tonini was engaged in an argument with the victim in the parking lot. During the argument, police reported, Tonini spit at the victim and then drove away. Tonini was given a court date of Feb. 7to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Michelle Almeida, 23, of 13 Walnut St., Naugatuck, with risk of injury to child and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 12:38 a.m. Almeida was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic violation. On Feb. 6, 2017, officers responded to a burglary. While the officers were on scene, police reported, Almeida arrived in a vehicle which had marijuana plants inside. There was a juvenile seated inside the vehicle with the marijuana plants, police reported. Almeida was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Jacob Molnar, 21, of 231 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 1:23 a.m. Molnar was arrested on active arrest warrants. Molnar was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.

David Korzen, 35, of 53 Conrad St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 1:06 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Korzen stole merchandise from the store. Korzen was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Jason Uliano, 39, of 4 Susan St., Beacon Falls, was charged Jan. 23 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 4:45 p.m. Uliano was arrested on active arrest warrants. Uliano was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set cash bond.

Eric Burns, 26, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 7 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. They were arguing with each other which led to a physical altercation. During the altercation, police reported, Burns took out a pocket knife. The knife was taken away from him, police reported, and there were no injuries involving the knife. Burns was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Jazmin Pereira, 22, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 7 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. They were arguing with each other which led to a physical altercation. Pereira was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

John Burns, 28, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 7 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. They were arguing with each other which led to a physical altercation. Burns was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Casey Savo, 30, of 4 High Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 11:10 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Savo was operating under the influence of alcohol. Savo was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Tajon Saunders, 23, of 37 Johnson St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 24 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 12:19 p.m. Saunders was arrested an active arrest warrants. Saunders was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Jacqueline Wall, 23, of 967 West Purchase, Southbury, was charged Jan. 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 1:25 p.m. Wall was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Bethel. Wall was given a court date of Feb. 6 to appear at Danbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Timothy Finkle, 29, of 61 Johnson Road, Litchfield, was charged Jan. 24 with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 12:18 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Finkle stole $97.84 worth of bic lighters. Police reported Finkle was found to be wanted on active arrest warrants. Police reported on Finkle was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Nicole Ende, 33, of 117 North St., Seymour, was charged Jan. 24 with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 8:01 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Ende stole $114.50 worth of merchandise. During processing, police reported, the officer found addition stolen clothing hidden in Ende’s shirt. The accused was banned from Walmart stores due to a previous shoplifting incident, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, Ende was found to be in possession of a prescription medication without a prescription. Ende was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.
Vincent Sullivan, 28, of 38 Greenview Terrace, Middletown, was charged Jan. 25 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 1:19 a.m. Sullivan turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Jan. 13 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Sullivan broke a chair in the home. Sullivan also threw a piece of the broken chair, striking the victim, police reported. Sullivan was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

James Eldridge, 40, of 378 Chestnut Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 25 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 25 Eldridge was arrested on an active warrant while at court. The warrant was for a larceny. Police reported Eldridge pawned stolen guitars. He was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Lyndell Bethea, 42, of 79 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 26 with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 3:55 p.m. Bethea was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Jan. 23, 2018 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Bethea arrived at the victim’s home and continued to yell and bang on the door after being advised to leave. When the officers arrived, police reported, Bethea ran from the officers and was not located. Bethea was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

Daesha Gonzalez, 20, of 32 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 26 with third-degree assault.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 2:58 a.m. officers responded to Carroll Court for a disturbance. The two females were involved in a physical altercation in front of the home. Police reported they are known to each other. The altercation was due to a previous altercation that occurred at a party in a different town, police reported. They sustained minor injuries, which consisted of scratches and bruising. Gonzalez was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Sharlene Rodriguez, 20, of 76 Elmwood Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 26 with third-degree assault.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 2:58 a.m. officers responded to Carroll Court for a disturbance. The two females were involved in a physical altercation in front of the home. Police reported they are known to each other. The altercation was due to a previous altercation that occurred at a party in a different town, police reported. They sustained minor injuries, which consisted of scratches and bruising. Rodriguez was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Deanna Frattalone, 47, of 117 Crestwood Road, Bethany, was charged Jan. 26 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 7:01 p.m. Frattalone turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Frattalone was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $75 cash bond.

Daniel Rodriguez, 19, of 5 Church St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 27 with three counts of violation of protective order, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, threatening, third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery.

Police reported on Jan. 27 at approximately 12:29 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument outside the home, police reported, Rodriguez-Gonzalez slapped the victim. The victim entered her home and Rodriguez-Gonzalez followed her after he was advised not to enter her home, police reported. Based on the altercation, Rodriguez-Gonzalez violated an active protective order, police reported. Rodriguez-Gonzalez was also arrested on an active arrest warrant for a domestic disturbance reported on Oct. 23, 2017 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Rodriguez-Gonzalez took the victim’s cell phone out her hand and returned the phone later in the night. Rodriguez-Gonzalez was also arrested on a warrant for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Rodriguez-Gonzalez violated the order by being on the victim’s property on Dec. 15, 2017. Rodriguez-Gonzalez was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

Mathew Sherwood, 19, of 1413 Spindle Hill Road, Wolcott, was charged Jan. 27 with second-degree harassment and violation of conditions of release.

Police reported on Jan. 27 Sherwood was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint. Police reported Sherwood contacted the victim by phone and threatened to harm him. Sherwood’s contact with the victim violated a conditions of release, police reported. Sherwood was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

Stacey Borowy, 37, of last known address 42 Redcoat Lane, Unionville, was charged Jan. 28 with first-degree robbery, conspiracy at first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 7 p.m. Borowy was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a robbery reported on Jan. 3, 2018 at Cumberland Farms. Police reported Borowy waited in the vehicle when the male accomplice stole money and cigarettes from the store. While being processed, police reported, Borowy was found to be in possession of a prescription pill bottle prescribed to someone else. Borowy was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

Kenneth Belanger, 20, of 143 Beacon Valley Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Jan. 28 with first-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 9:07 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Belanger stole $182.92 worth of merchandise. Belanger was banned from the store due to a previous larceny incident, police reported. Belanger was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Brian Collins, 32, of 42 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and six counts of violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 9:07 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Collins stole $182.92 worth of merchandise. Police reported Collins gave the officers a false name when he was initially questioned by the officers. Police reported Collins was identified and found to be wanted on active arrest warrants. Collins was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Ronald P. Barrows Jr., 38, of 9 Newman Ave., U12, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 28 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 10:43 p.m. Barrows turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Barrows was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
