The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Chad Tisza, 30, of 11 Lakeview Trail, Danbury, was charged Oct. 23 with possession of controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school and third-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 11 p.m. an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the South Main Street Mobil station. During the investigation, police reported, Tisza and Carmen Brehm were identified. They were found to be in possession of narcotics consisting of marijuana and hash oil, police reported. Carmen was given a court date of Oct. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and were held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Carmen Brehm, 27, of 10 Garden St., Milford, was charged Oct. 23 with possession of controlled substance, possession of over 4 ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school and third-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 11 p.m. an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the South Main Street Mobil station. During the investigation, police reported, Brehm and Chad Tisza were identified. They were found to be in possession of narcotics consisting of marijuana and hash oil, police reported. Brehm was given a court date of Oct. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and were held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Felix Aguilar Jr., 40, of 148 Grand St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 25 at approximately 8:12 p.m. Aguilar was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Sept. 20, 2017 from Pastanch LLC. Police reported Aguilar stole an Ipad, valued at $400, which was located in the lobby of the business. Aguilar was given a court date of Nov. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Samir Ramli, 22, of 92 Country Club, Middlebury, was charged Oct. 25 with possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Oct. 25 at approximately 6:30 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue Ext. During the investigation, police reported, Ramli was found to be in possession of marijuana, glass smoking pipes and a metal grinder. Ramli was given a court date of Nov. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Christopher White, 20, of 85 Trowbridge Place, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 26 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 26 at approximately 8:06 a.m. White was arrested on an active arrest warrant. White was given a court date of Oct. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Jacqueline Figueroa, 37, of 54 Greenwood St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 1:31 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Figueroa and juvenile offender were involved in a physical altercation. Figueroa was given a court date of Oct. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Jamie Mashia Jr., 22, of 131 Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 27 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 3:37 p.m. Mashia was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Mashia was given a court date of Nov. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

Andrea Richard, 41, of 554 Carrington Road, Bethany, was charged Oct. 27 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 6:55 p.m. an officer responded to New Haven Road for a report of an erratic driver. The officer located Richard and conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Richard was operating under the influence of alcohol. Richard was given a court date of Nov. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Chris Norton, 42, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 28 at 8:47 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Police reported Norton arrived at the home intoxicated. Police reported Norton broke a window in the home and was arguing with family members. Norton was given a court date of Oct. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
