The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Jami Wallisa, 29, of 22 Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 16 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 16 at approximately 9:58 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Wallisa stole $45.44 worth of merchandise. Wallisa was given a court date of Oct. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

James Jamele, 50, of 21 Brittany Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 17 with failure to register: sexually violent offense.

Police reported on Oct. 17 the accused turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of sex offender registry. Police reported Jamele did not submit written notification to the Sex Offender Registry Unit regarding a change of address. Jamele was given a court date of Oct. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $7,500 surety bond.

Shane Rosenberry, 29, of 39 Lorann Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 17 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 17 at approximately 9:00 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Rosenberry pushed the victim. Rosenberry was given a court date of Oct. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Gregg Wallace, 22, of 49 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 17 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 17 at approximately 11:24 a.m. Wallace was arrested on active arrest warrants. Wallace was given a court date of Oct. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set bond.

Rockiem Dukes, 19, of 74 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 18 with violation of protective order and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 18 at approximately 3:54 p.m. Dukes turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Dukes made contact with the victim at her home, which was in violation of an active protective order. While in the home, police reported, Dukes was involved in an argument with the victim. When Dukes left, police reported, he stole a watch from the victim valued at $300. Dukes was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Joseph Barreira, 30, of 91 Marjorie St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 10:48 a.m. Barreira turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Barreira was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Jennifer Spezzano, 38, of 222 Oakville Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 19 with violation of probation/conditional discharge

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 7:20 p.m. Spezzano turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Spezzano was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

Joseph Graveline, 38, of 262 Valley St., New Haven, was charged Oct. 21 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 21 at approximately 1:18 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Graveline was operating under the influence of alcohol. Graveline was given a court date of Nov. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Jamie Genovese, 46, of 28 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 21 with criminal possession of firearm.

Police reported on Oct. 21 at approximately 11:15 a.m. officers responded to a possible larceny of a firearm. Police reported the victim allowed Genovese to borrow a shotgun and has not returned it after several requests. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Genovese is a convicted felon and not allowed to possession a firearm. Genovese was given a court date of Nov. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Gregory Harrison, 56, of 38 Picture Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 21 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Oct. 21 at approximately 6:53 p.m. officers responded to a trespassing complaint. Police reported Harrison arrived at the victim’s home after he was advised not to. The victim was not home at that time but was advised by a neighbor, police reported. Harrison was given a court date of Oct. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Raymond Francisquini, 27, of 17 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 22 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 22 at approximately 11:50 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Francisquini pushed and punched the victim. Francisquini was given a court date of Oct. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Angel Toro, 32, of 20 Melbourne St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 22 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 22 at approximately 5:42 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, they were engaged in a physical altercation. Toro was given a court date of Oct. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Christina Ramirez, 33, of 20 Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 22 at approximately 5:42 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, they were engaged in a physical altercation. Ramirez was given a court date of Oct. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
