The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Andres Crespo, 27, of 2 Verzier St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 2 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Oct. 2 at approximately 9:08 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street in Waterbury. During the investigation, police reported, Crespo was identified as the operator. Crespo was wanted on an active arrest warrant. He was given a court date Oct. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $286 cash only bond.

Andre Genest, 28, of 8 Avon St., Ansonia, was charged Oct. 3 with two counts of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 3 Genest was arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a burglary reported on Sept. 6, 2017. Police reported Genest forced entry to the victim’s home and stole a tablet and money. The victim is known to Genest, police reported.  Another warrant was for a burglary reported on Sept. 1, 2017. Police reported Genest forced entry to the victim’s home and stole jewelry, an iPad and money. Genest was given a court date of Oct. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Phylicia Maia, 30, of 9 Thunderbird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 1:04 p.m. Maia turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported at Walmart on Sept 12, 2017. Police reported Maia stole $49.88 worth of merchandise. Maia was given a court date of Oct. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Amador Vega, 29, of 42 Mitchell Ave. 1st, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 3 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 2:38 p.m. Vega was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vega was given a court date of Oct. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

Orlando Ramos, 38, of 55-4 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 5 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 5 at approximately 6:23 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Ramos pushed and grabbed the victim by her neck. Ramos was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Tyler Potter, 23, of 18 Snow Crystal Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 12:44 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Potter was operating under the influence of alcohol. Potter was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

David Aldarondo, 26, of 587 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 1:07 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Aldarondo was operating under the influence of alcohol. Aldarondo was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Maurice Maurice, 40, of 23 Preston Terrace, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 8 at approximately 2:31 a.m. officers responded to Big Y parking lot for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Gladney struck a chain link fence located at the rear of the parking lot. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Gladney was operating under the influence of alcohol. Gladney was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Kevin Pearson, 31, of 143 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 8 with risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 8 at approximately 8:27 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police reported, Pearson was arrested on the listed charges. Pearson was given a court date of Oct. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Curtis Easton, 35, of 29 Sention Ave., Norwalk, was charged Oct. 9 with criminal violation of protective order and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 1 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Scott Street. During the investigation, police reported, Easton and a woman were identified as occupants of the vehicle. Initially, police reported, Easton gave the officer a false name. They were violation of an active protective order. Easton was given a court date of Oct. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Daniela Shori, 29, of 42 Pine St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 9 with driving under the influence and criminal violation of protective order.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 1 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Scott Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Shori was operating under the influence. During the investigation, police reported, Shori and a man were identified as occupants of the vehicle. They were violation of an active protective order, police reported. Shori was given a court date of Oct. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.
