The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Superior court dispositions are available online.

Travis Waldo, 36, of 35 General Patton Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 19 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 19 at approximately 11:16 a.m. Waldo turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Waldo was given a court date of Sept. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Monica Hartis, 30, of 18 Morning Mist Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 19 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 19 at approximately 7:47 p.m. officers responded to a single car, motor vehicle accident on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hartis was operating under the influence. Hartis was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Ramon Padro, 37, of 1249 West Main St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 19 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 19 at approximately 10:51 p.m. an officer investigated a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Padro struck the victim. The victim sustained a cut under her eye, police reported. Padro was given a court date of Sept. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Leticia Abbott-Negron, 37, of 597 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 20 with mandatory security requirements.

Police reported on Sept. 20 at approximately 6:50 p.m. Abbott-Negron turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle collision investigation reported on July 19, 2017. Police reported Abbott-Negron was traveling on Millville Avenue and collided with a landscape trailer and truck parked on the side of the westbound lane. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Abbott-Negron did not have insurance at the time of the accident. Abbott-Negron was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Justin Holt, 31, of 2 Old Waterbury Road, Middlebury, was charged Sept. 20 with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 20 at approximately 6:56 p.m. officers responded to Cross Street for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the accused hit the victim and put his hands around her neck. Holt was given a court date of Sept. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Kristofer Lefebvre, 31, of 193 Burton St., Bristol, was charged Sept. 21 with credit card theft by transfer and criminal attempt at illegal use of credit card.

Police reported on Sept. 21 at approximately 10:51 a.m. Lefebvre was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny of a debit card and a store smart pay card reported on May 31, 2017. Police reported Lefebvre stole the victim’s smart pay card and made fraudulent purchases. Lefebvre was given a court date of Oct. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Chelsea Pardal, 28, of 18 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 21 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 21 at approximately 11:01 a.m. Pardal was arrested on an active warrant out of Farmington. Pardal was given a court date to appear at superior court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Manuel Pinto, 57, of 57 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 21 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 21 at approximately 7:37 p.m. officers responded to Millville Avenue for an erratic driver. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Pinto was operating under the influence. Pinto was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

Jose Pinto, 51, of 163 High Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 23 at approximately 7:01 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Pinto pushed the victim down. Pinto was given a court date of Sept. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Anthony Berardesca, 53, 4015 Whitney Ave., Hamden, was charged Sept. 23 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Sept. 23 at approximately 3:40 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Berardesca pushed the victim. Berardesca was given a court date of Sept. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Kayla Marie Orcutt, 25, of 45 Cobb St., Oakville, was charged Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Sept. 23 at approximately 8 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Orcutt pushed the victim. Orcutt followed the victim into the kitchen where she flipped over a kitchen table, police reported. Orcutt was given a court date of Sept. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

Katherine Sanford, 32, of 85 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 23 at approximately 9:52 p.m. officers responded to an erratic driver on Field Street. During the investigation, police reported, Sanford was located and it was determined she was operating under the influence. Sanford was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Marvis Blash, 28, of 59 Ives St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 23 with third-degree larceny.

Police reported on Sept. 23 at approximately 9:55 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation in parking lot on New Haven Road. When Blash was approached by the officer, police reported, he attempted to leave on the motorcycle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the motorcycle was stolen out of South Windsor. Blash was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Ismael Pacheco-Duran, 27, of 91 North Walnut St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 24 with weapons in vehicles.

Police reported on Sept. 24 at approximately 6:11 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cross Street. During the investigation, police reported, brass knuckles were located in the vehicle. Pacheco-Duran was given a court date of Oct. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
