The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Robert Burke, 30, of 195 Jersey St., Waterbury, was charged July 31 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on July 31 at approximately 3:59 p.m. Burke turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Burke was given a court date of Aug. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 cash bond.

John Faulk, 23 of 80 Ives St., Waterbury, was charged July 31 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 31 at approximately 11:19 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Salem Bridge between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Faulk and victim were arguing in their vehicle. The victim pulled over and parked the vehicle at a nearby business. The victim walked away from the vehicle, police reported, and Faulk followed her and attempted to grab the keys from the victim. During the struggle, police reported, the victim ended up on the ground. Faulk was given a court date of Aug. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Christian Manouse, 21, of 8 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 1 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 1 at approximately 7:20 a.m. Manouse turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on April 21, 2017 between stepson and stepmother. Police reported Manouse threw the victim to the ground, outside the home, and hit her. A neighbor intervened and separated Manouse from the victim, police reported. Manouse was given a court date of Aug. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Clinton Crowther, 56, of 7 Longview Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 1 with driving under the influence and two counts of evading responsibility in operation of motor vehicle.

Police reported on Aug. 1 at approximately 3:06 p.m. Crowther turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident reported on July 3, 2017 in the area of South Main Street and Maple Street. Police reported Crowther struck a vehicle and continued to drive from the area. He struck mailboxes on City Hill Street and continued to drive. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Crowther was operating under the influence of alcohol. Crowther was located at his home. Crowther was given a court date of Aug. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond.

Cyrell White, 31, of 3250 East Main St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 1 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Aug. 1 at approximately 7:32 p.m. White was arrested on an active arrest warrant. White was given a court date of Aug. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $87 cash bond.

Jamie L. Smith, 32, of 461 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 1 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 1 at approximately 9:53 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Smith damaged a TV and a wall. Smith was given a court date of Aug. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Cordell Hambric, 24, of 833 Bunker Hill Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 2 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and non-student in possession of drugs near a school, high school or day care.

Police reported on Aug. 2 at approximately 1:42 a.m. an officer responded to the High School for a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, Hambric was found to be in possession of heroin. Hambric was given a court date of Aug. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Dylan Goff, 24, of 397 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 2 with third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 2 at approximately 2:19 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. While fighting Dylan Goff put both hands on Marina Goff ‘s neck, police reported. Goff was given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000.00 non-surety bond.

Marina Goff, 27, of 397 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 2 with third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 2 at approximately 2:19 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Goff wanted on an active arrest warrant. Goff was given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Samantha Bombardier, 24, of 9 Hard St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Police reported on Aug. 3 at approximately 11 p.m. Bombardier was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on June 30, 2017. Police reported Bombardier stole checks from the victim and cashed them for a total of $360. Bombardier was given a court date of Aug. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.

Carolyn Melecio, 41, of 81 Seymour St., Bristol, was charged Aug. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 3 at approximately 7:01 p.m. officers responded to Biy Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Melecio stole $252.50 worth of merchandise from the store. Melecio was given a court date of Aug. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Jason Krause, 34, of 14 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Police reported on Aug. 3 at approximately 11:54 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. Krause was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Desire LaVallee, 31, of 21 Bellewood Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 3 at approximately 11:54 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. LaVallee was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Demetrice Chapman, 50, of 130 Lester Drive, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 4 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 4 at approximately 2:43 a.m. an officer was investigating a suspicious person complaint at Walmart. During the investigation, police reported, Chapman was identified and found to be wanted on active arrest warrants. Chapman was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

Marion O’Brian, 31, of 19 Waverly St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 4 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Aug. 4 at approximately 3:30 a.m. O’Brian was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on July 21, 2017 from Walmart. Police reported O’Brian stole clothing and monster energy drinks valued at $196. When O’Brian was approached by an employee, police reported, he left the merchandise outside the store and fled. O’Brian was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Hussam Ahmad, 29, of 517 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 5 at approximately 2:31 a.m. an officer was investigating an evading motor vehicle investigation that occurred on Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ahmad was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ahmad was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Kareem Daoud, 30, of 13-10 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 5 with threatening, breach of peace and weapons in vehicles.

Police reported on Aug. 5 at approximately 4:33 p.m. officers responded to the area of Route 63 for a road rage incident. Police reported Daoud threatened the victim with a bat during an altercation that occurred while he was driving. When the officers conducted a motor vehicle investigation with Daoud, police reported, a bat was located inside his vehicle. Daoud was given a court date of Aug. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Kristal Laporta, 39, of 298 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Aug. 5 at approximately 8:51 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between father and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Laporta punched the victim. When the victim attempted to call the police, police reported, Laporta damaged the phone. Police reported the victim struggled to get Laporta outside where she picked up a snow shovel and damaged a door. Laporta was given a court date of Aug. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Anthony Winters, 25, of 83 Vernon St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 7 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 7 at approximately 12:43 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Winters was operating under the influence of alcohol. Winters was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Courtand released on a $500 non-surety bond.
