The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Bennett Langston, 28, of 25 Porter Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 24 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 5:20 p.m. Langston was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The accused was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Jose Hernandez, 22, of 3 Diana Lane, Beacon Falls, was charged April 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 24 at approximately 3:48 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Hernandez stole $49.73 worth of merchandise. Hernandez was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Arthur Thompson, 60, of 79 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 25 with second-degree robbery, conspiracy at second-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny, threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 25 at approximately 7 p.m. Thompson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Oct. 16, 2013 from Stop & Shop. Police reported Thompson stole a large quantity of meat. When Thompson was approached by store security, police reported, he pulled out a pocket knife and threatened to harm the employee. Thompson left the area, in a vehicle, without the merchandise. Thompson was given a court date of May 3 to appear at appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $50,000 bond.

Mark Silveira, 29, of 285 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 25 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 25 Silveira was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Jan. 17, 2017. Police reported Silveira stole the victim’s spare tire cover from her vehicle that was parked at Big Y. The cover was valued at $250, police reported. Silveira was given a court date of May 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

Andres Bravo, 42, of 34 Calvin St., Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with two counts of failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on April 27 at approximately 11:56 p.m. Bravo was arrested on active arrest warrants. Bravo was given a court date of May 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set cash bond.

Marc Guardiano, 20, of 31 Jason Court, Naugatuck, was charged April 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 28 at 4:56 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Guardiano damaged a bedroom door. Guardiano was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Stacy L. Francoeur, 45, of 569 Chestnut Tree Hill Road, Oxford, was charged April 28 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 8:13 p.m. Francoeur was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Francoeur was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was held on court-set bond.

Ryan Connolly, 24, of 11 Robin Hill Lane, Hamden, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 12:15 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Connolly was operating under the influence of alcohol. Connolly was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Marleau Arrington, 23, of 95 Fleetwood Drive, Waterbury, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 1:35 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. Police reported Arrington traveled east over the Maple Street Bridge, which is westbound traffic only due to construction. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Arrington was operating under the influence of alcohol. Arrington was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

Jessica O’Connor, 22, of 112 Ruela Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 3:05 a.m. officers responded to a female sleeping in a vehicle. Prior to the officers’ arrival, police reported, O’Connor began to drive. O’Connor was stopped in a parking lot on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined O’Connor was operating under the influence of alcohol. O’Connor was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Erica Leigh Burton, 32, of 30 Henderson Drive, East Hartford, was charged April 29 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 2:11 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Burton stole merchandise from the store. She was given a court date of May 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Kyle Bolduc, 24, of 203 Branch Road, Thomaston, was charged April 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 11:41 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Bolduc pushed the victim. Bolduc was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Daquan Jarret, 23, of 173 Stonecrest Drive, Bristol, was charged April 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing or possession of burglar’s tools, possession of controlled substance, third-degree larceny, disobeying the signal of an officer: elude/attempt escape, reckless driving, theft of motor vehicle number plate or insert and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 2:28 a.m. Jarret was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation conducted on Feb. 8, 2017. When the officer initiated the stop, police reported, Jarret accelerated away from the officer. Jarret was accompanied by another male. During the attempt to elude the officer, Jarret exited the vehicle and fled, police reported. The passenger then became the driver of the vehicle and was stopped in Beacon Falls on Feb. 8, 2017. Jarret was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $75,000 surety bond.

Rose Daversa, 57, of 489 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 30 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 2:35 p.m. officers responded to Spring Street for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument they were engaged in a physical altercation, police reported. One of them was struck in the mouth and the other was pushed to the floor, police reported. Daversa was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Brooks Burr, 62, of 187 Meriline Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 30 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 2:35 p.m. officers responded to Spring Street for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument they were engaged in a physical altercation, police reported. One of them was struck in the mouth and the other was pushed to the floor, police reported. Burr was given a court date of May 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
