The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JOHN LEWIS, 45, of 73 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 12 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 12 at approximately 5:48 p.m. Lewis was arrested on an active arrest warrant on Cherry Street. Lewis was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.

KEVIN HOWIE, 58, of 46 Applewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 13 at approximately 11:16 p.m. officers responded to 46 Applewood Lane for a 911 call hang-up. Upon arrival, police reported, officers spoke with the subjects at the residence and discovered there was a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported the incident became a physical confrontation. Howie was given a court date of Sept. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

CHRISTINE DMACHOWSKI, 56, of 46 Applewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 13 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on Sept. 13 at approximately 11:16 p.m. officers responded to 46 Applewood Lane for a 911 call hang-up. Upon arrival, police reported, officers spoke with the subjects at the residence and discovered there was a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported the incident became a physical confrontation. Dmachowski was also found to be in violation of a standing protective order, police reported. Dmachowski was given a court date of Sept. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

ROGER GULLY, 47, of no certain address, was charged Sept. 14 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Sept. 14 at approximately 10 p.m. Gully was arrested on Bridge Street on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a trespassing complaint. Police reported Gully entered the victim’s home without permission. Gully is a former boyfriend to the victim. Gully was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

EUGENE GLICK, 66, of 94 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 14 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Sept. 14 at approximately 9:01 p.m. Glick was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Glick was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $92 cash bond.

AMIE DROWN, 31, of 146 Phoenix Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 14 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 14 at approximately 10:02 p.m. Drown turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Drown was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 court-set bond.

KEVIN MANIS, 37, of 11 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 15 with third-degree assault and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Sept. 15 at approximately 5:06 p.m. Manis turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Sept. 11, 2016 between stepfather and son. During an argument, police reported, Manis punched the juvenile in the stomach and arms. The juvenile sustained small scratches on his shoulders and bruise on his bicep, police reported. Manis was given a court date of Sept. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

SUSAN CARRANO, 34, of 211 Cooke St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Sept. 15 at approximately 6:50 p.m. Carrano turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Carrano was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

MAASEIYAH WILLIAMS, 43, of 279 New Haven Ave., Milford, was charged Sept. 15 with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Sept. 15 at approximately 4:59 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. Williams, who was a passenger in the vehicle, gave a false name to the officer, police reported. Williams was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

DAVID AREIZAGA, 38, of 36 Belden St., East Hartford, was charged Sept. 16 with third-degree larceny and second-degree identity theft.

Police reported on Sept. 16 at 10:12 p.m. Areizaga was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on July 5, 2016. Police reported Areizaga opened a cellular account using the victim’s identity and made numerous purchases in excess of $3,000. Areizaga was given a court date of Sept. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

AMERICO MAGALHAES, 56, of 63 Ridge St., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 16 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Sept. 16 at approximately 8:47 p.m. officers were investigating a larceny complaint on Maple Street. Police reported Magalhaes exited a nearby establishment and began to yell at the officers. The officers were talking with several juvenile suspects at that time. Police reported Magalhaes was advised to leave the area and he entered the bar. A short time later, police reported, Magalhaes exited the bar and began to yell obscenities. Magalhaes was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

KYRA PADILLA, 20, of 5 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 16 with second-degree failure to appear, violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 16 at approximately 8:42 p.m. officers met the complainant in the lobby of the Naugatuck Police Department regarding a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Devonte Perez-Quiles blocked the door so Padilla could not leave. Perez-Quiles reported that Padilla struck him during the argument, police reported. Both parties had an active protective orders against each other. Padilla was given a court date of Sept. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Sept. 16 at approximately 8:51 p.m. Padilla was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Padilla was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $400 cash bond.

DEVONTE PEREZ-QUILES, 21, of 5 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 16 with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 16 at approximately 8:42 p.m. officers met the complainant in the lobby of the Naugatuck Police Department regarding a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Perez-Quiles blocked the door so Kyra Padilla could not leave. Perez-Quiles reported that Padilla struck him during the argument, police reported. Both parties had an active protective orders against each other, police reported. Perez-Quiles was given a court date of Sept. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

MARTIN MCCORMICK, 47, of 706 Old Colony Road, Meriden, was charged Sept. 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 17 at approximately 8:56 p.m. officers responded to Prospect Street for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported McCormick struck a telephone pole on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McCormick was operating under the influence of alcohol. McCormick was given a court date of Sept. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

VICTOR IZQUIERDO, 38, of 152 Smith St., Derby, was charged Sept. 18 with sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Sept. 18 at approximately 1:02 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Izquierdo stole watches and clothing from the store. When the officer interviewed him, police reported, Izquierdo gave a wrong spelling of his name and wrong date of birth. Izquierdo was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, consisting of syringes, police reported. Izquierdo was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JAZMIN CALDERON-RODRIGUEZ, 42, of 73 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept, 18 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct

Police reported on Sept. 18 officers responded to 73 Prospect St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Anthony Moura broke a TV and Calderon-Rodriguez slapped him. Calderon-Rodriguez was given a court date of Sept. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANTHONY B. MOURA, 44, of 73 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept, 18 with disorderly conduct

Police reported on Sept. 18 officers responded to 73 Prospect St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Moura broke a TV and Jazmin Calderon-Rodriguez slapped him. Moura was given a court date of Sept. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
