The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JESSICA WILDMAN, 20, of 23 Salem St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 29 with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and nonstudent with drugs near school or high school grounds or daycare.

Police reported on Aug. 29 at approximately 4:54 p.m. an officer was walking in the area of Salem Park when he observed two juvenile males and a female in the area. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined the parties were found to be in possession of 0.54 ounces of marijuana. Wildman was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROBERT JULIANO, 69, of 230 Conrad St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 30 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Aug. 30 at approximately 7:32 p.m. Juliano was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Juliano was given a court date of Aug. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $167 cash bond.

TERMANE SMITH, 37, of 39 School St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 31 with possession of crack-cocaine and nonstudent with drugs near school or high school grounds or daycare.

Police reported on Aug. 31 at approximately 11:25 a.m. Smith was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation reported on June 21, 2016 at Bank of America. Police reported Smith attempted to deposit cash at an ATM. The cash jammed the ATM due to a small bag of narcotics being fed into the ATM. The small bag of narcotics was mixed in with the cash, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, the deposit transaction was traced back to Smith. The narcotics were tested and identified as crack-cocaine. Smith was given a court date of Sept. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

MATTHEW DELBUONO, 18, of 46 Shelton Ave., Wolcott, was charged Sept. 1 with violation of probation/conditional discharge

Police reported on Sept. 1 Delbuono was arrested on a violation of probation. Delbuono was released on bond and was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 2.

TERESA GARNETT, 53, of 77 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 1 with violation of probation/conditional discharge

Police reported on Sept. 1 Garnett was arrested on a violation of probation. Delbuono was released on bond and was scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 2.

DAVID EICHORN, 29, of 15 Hilltop Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 2 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 2 at approximately 12:48 a.m. officers responded to the area of South Main Street for a male sleeping in a vehicle. Police reported Eichorn was located on the off ramp of Exit 26 of Route 8 North. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Eichorn was operating under the influence of alcohol. Eichorn was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DWAYNE JONES JR., 25, of 119 Rosegarten Drive, Waterbury, was charged Sept. 3 with driving under the influence, evading responsibility motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance and illegal sale of controlled substance.

Police reported on Sept. 3 at approximately 2:05 a.m. officers responded to the area of 66 Church St. for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Jones struck a parked vehicle and drove away from the scene. Jones was located on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Jones was operating under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. During the investigation, police reported, Jones was found to be in possession on 0.51 grams of marijuana. Jones was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a surety bond.

MELISSA DUQUE, 29, of 9 Hemlock Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 3 at approximately 12:12 p.m. Duque was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Duque was given a court date of Sept. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

BRANDON DEMPSKY, 44, of 27 Fairview Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 3 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 3 at approximately 8:31 p.m. an officer responded to a suspicious motor vehicle on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dempsky was operating under the influence of alcohol. Dempsky was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LIZZETTE OCASIO, 24, of 500 Darling St., Southington, was charged Sept. 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Sept. 4 at approximately 3:33 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ocasio was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ocasio was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JASON BRAZ, 18, of 4 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 4 with disobeying the signal of an officer and reckless driving.

Police reported on Sept. 4 at approximately 10:09 a.m. an officer was patrolling the area of New Haven Road by Horton Hill Road, when the officer observed a dirt bike operating in the roadway. The officer attempted to stop Braz, who refused to stop and continued to operate the dirt bike, police reported. Braz drove recklessly away from the officer by passing vehicles in a no passing zone, police reported. The officer discontinued the pursuit for public safety. Braz was later located at his home. Braz was given a court date of Sept. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
