The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

BRIAN JENNINGS, 28, of 81 Golden Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged July 18 with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 18 Jennings was arrested on an active arrest warrant stemming from a July 4, 2016 incident. During the incident, police reported, Jennings who had had been previously banned from the property was observed by loss prevention leaving the store with unpaid items totaling $332.92. Jennings was given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 13.

DAVID B. ANDERSON, 28, of 2 George St., Wallingford, was charged July 18 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 18 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which Anderson had caused damage to the residence by punching and smashing a television in the residence. Anderson was given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 19.

MILES BRIHIM, 20, of 231 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged July 18 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on July 18 Brihim was arrested on a violation of probation. Brihim was released on a $25,000 court-set bond and given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 19.

LUIS USERA, 44, of 53 Conrad St., Naugatuck, was charged July 19 with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree sexual assault.

Police reported on July 19 at 1:52 p.m. officers investigated a reported sexual assault that had occurred on the same date. The victim was an adult female that was known to the Usera. The victim advised that Usera attempted to kiss her, forcefully pinned and grabbed at her in a sexual way, police reported. Usera was given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 27.

CARI CHINOVA, 25, of 49 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 20 Chinova was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of failing to appear in court. Chinova was released and given a court date of July 21 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

MARC CASTELLANO, 42, of 65 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 20 Castellano was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of failing to appear in court. Castellano was released and given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

JACOB AVIZ, 21, of 48 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 20 Aviz was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of failing to appear in court. Aviz was released and given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

PATRICK ROBILLARD, 42, of 332 Mulberry St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 20 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which the victim stated Robillard grabbed the victim’s phone and threw it at the victim, missing the victim and smashing it against a wall of the victim’s home. Robillard was given a court date of July 21 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

HEATHER ROBILLARD, 34, of 295 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree violating conditions of release.

Police reported on July 20 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which the victim stated Robillard began punching the victim in the chest. The victim stated that Robillard began to hit him with a cell phone and then kicked him and tried to push him down stairs, police reported. The victim advised that Robillard also grabbed the inside of his mouth pulling him down stairs, police reported. Police reported officers responded to a domestic dispute in which Robillard violated a “conditions of release” protective order that had been issued the same day during an earlier domestic dispute. Robillard was given a court date of July 21 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

BRIAN BOROSKI, 35, of 168 Morris St., Naugatuck, was charged July 20 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 20 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which Boroski became belligerent and threw things all over the house in front of everyone. Boroski was given a court date of July 21 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

REBECCA REGAN, 47, of 44 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged July 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 21 Regan was observed by Big Y loss prevention leaving the store with items she did not purchase. Regan was given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

DANIELLE BOMBARDIER, 20, of 116 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged July 21 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 21 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which the victim advised that Bombardier had thrown items at the victim while in the victim’s home during an argument. Bombardier was given a court date of July 22 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

ROMAINE PATTERSON, 21, of 116 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged July 21 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 21 officers responded to a domestic dispute in which the victim advised that Patterson had thrown items at the victim while in the victim’s home during an argument. Patterson was given a court date of July 22 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court.

JOAQUIM PORTELA, 42, of 544 S. Main St., Naugatuck, was charged July 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on July 22 at approximately 1:08 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Elm Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Portela was operating under the influence of alcohol. Portela was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOSEPH MAYNARD JR., 29, of 18 Irion St., Waterbury, was charged July 22 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on July 22 at approximately 7:01 a.m. Maynard turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Maynard was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $100 cash bond.

JEFFREY BUSHEY, 22, of 41 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged July 22 with first-degree failure to appear and violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on July 22 at approximately 8:39 p.m. Bushey was arrested at his home on an active arrest warrant. Bushey was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 bond.

SHAUN NIELD, 37, of 216 May St., Naugatuck, was charged July 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 23 at approximately 12:06 a.m. officers responded to the area of High Street for a report of a suspicious person. Police reported Nield was intoxicated and was trying to instigate a fight with another male who lives in the area. Nield was given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER DOUGAN, 30, of 311 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged July 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 23 at approximately 1:35 a.m. officers responded to 311 Spring St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Dougan threw items around the home and pushed the victim. Dougan was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

ALEXANDER ONESCHUK, 69, of 1057 Andrew Mountain Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 23 with second-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on July 23 at approximately 1:13 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a trespassing complaint. Police reported Oneschuk was found in the store where he had past shoplifting complaints against him. Due to the store policy, police reported, Oneschuk was no longer allowed in the store and violated their trespassing policy. Oneschuk was given a court date of Aug. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ALYSSA JARVIS, 24, of 26 Keefe St., Waterbury, was charged July 24 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 1:44 a.m. an officer responded to the Motor Lodge for a suspicious person complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Jarvis was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Jarvis was given a court date of Aug. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $300 cash bond.

JOSEPH MACDONALD, 67, of 684 Maple Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 24 with third-degree assault on an elderly person, third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 5:03 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. Police reported MacDonald threatened to harm the victim during an argument. Police reported MacDonald put his hands around the victim’s neck and strangled her. The victim had redness to her neck due to the altercation, police reported. MacDonald was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
