The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JOHN BARBOUR, 59, of 53 Conrad St., Naugatuck, was charged April 25 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on April 25 at approximately 8:01 p.m. officers responded to 94 Conrad St. for a vandalism complaint. Police reported Barbour broke a window on the victim’s vehicle. Barbour was given a court date of May 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

MARK NOVOCINSKI, 25, of 46 Benham St., Waterbury, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 26 at approximately 8:26 p.m. officers responded to 150 Brook St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Blythe Fenwick threw a water bottle at Norvocinski. Norvocinski proceeded to spit at Fenwick, police reported. Novocinski was given a court date of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

BLYTHE FENWICK, 23, of 18 Shadowood Circle, Waterbury, was charged April 26 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 26 at approximately 8:26 p.m. officers responded to 150 Brook St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Fenwick threw a water bottle at Mark Norvocinski. Norvocinski proceeded to spit at Fenwick, police reported. Fenwick was given a court date of April 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

TIMOTHY O’DONNELL, 52, of 155 Evening Star Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 27 with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on April 27 at approximately 9:57 p.m. officers responded to 155 Evening Star Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined O’Donnell violated a valid protective order. O’Donnell was given a court date of April 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

DONALD FORREST, 33, of 68 Walnut Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 28 with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was charged April 29 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on April 28 at approximately 11:51 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Forrest stole an Ace knee brace and hair trimmer valued at $42.95. Forrest was given a court date of April 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 12:36 a.m. Forrest was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Forrest was given a court date of April 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

PHILENA WILSON, 27, of 479 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with impersonation of a police officer and second-degree false reporting an incident.

Police reported on April 29 Wilson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for falsely reporting an incident. Police reported Wilson stated her home was burglarized and the suspect did not have permission to be in the home. Wilson sent text messages to the suspect stating she was a police officer and he must return the missing items, police reported. Wilson was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

PHILIP KELLEY, 38, of 50 South Center St., Southington, was charged April 29 with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 29 Kelley and Jamie Perugini were arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a larceny reported on March 31, 2016 at Stop & Shop. Police reported they stole, Exedrine, Aleve, Advil and Tylenol in the amount of $471.41. The other warrant was for a larceny reported on April 7, 2016 at Stop & Shop. They stole Aleve, Advil and Tylenol in the amount of $126.20, police reported. Kelly was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $15,000 surety bond.

JAMIE PERUGINI, 36, of 164 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of narcotic.

Police reported on April 29 Perugini and Philip Kelley were arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a larceny reported on March 31, 2016 at Stop & Shop. Police reported they stole, Exedrine, Aleve, Advil and Tylenol in the amount of $471.41. The other warrant was for a larceny reported on April 7, 2016 at Stop & Shop. They stole Aleve, Advil and Tylenol in the amount of $126.20, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Perugini was in possession of heroin. Perugini was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $15,000 surety bond.

THOMAS POUDIM, 57, of 137 Grove St., Vernon, was charged April 29 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 7:24 a.m. Poudim was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Poudim was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

KENDRICK HYDE, 50, of 8 Church St., Naugatuck, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 29 at approximately 6:15 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hyde was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hyde was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

JENNIFER JAMES, 28, of 35 Rough Wing Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 30 with violation of protective order and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 30 at approximately 9:25 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a complaint of an intoxicated operator. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined James was in violation of an active protective order with the passenger and wanted on an active arrest warrant. James was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER HOLLON, 26, of 1599 South Main St., Waterbury, was charged May 1 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 1 at approximately 12:32 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hollon was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hollon was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

EUGENE ALCORACE JR., 26, of 8 Cotton Hollow Court, Naugatuck, was charged May 1 with third-degree larceny.

Police reported on May 1 at approximately 8:47 p.m. Alcorace turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on May 20, 2015. Alcorace, who is known to the victim, stole money, jewelry and tools from the victim, police reported. Alcorace was given a court date of May 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $1,500 cash bond.

FREDERICK LIEDKE, 46, of 16 Brookfield Road, Seymour, was charged May 1 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on May 1 at approximately 1:44 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Liedke was operating under the influence of alcohol. Liedke was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CELYNDA WATFORD, 18, of 68 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged May 1 with possession of marijuana.

Police reported on May 1 at approximately 2:40 a.m. officers responded to 60-6 Round Tree Drive for a suspicious motor vehicle complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Watford was in possession of 1.64 ounces of marijuana. Watford was given a court date of May 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
